It was exactly what I thought it would be, what I wanted it to be. Charming, comfortable, clean. A large pretty room with a big comfy bed. The staff was super nice. Helpful too in terms of telling us things we should see (The Paine Museum, the local cheese factory, the marsh (of course), etc.). We ate in the restaurant... More

We came up on a Sunday went to brunch at Nola, delicious, and then went hiking and biking at Horicon marsh, perfect day. We came back and relaxed in the jacuzzi and slept like babies in the comfy queen bed. Staff was helpful and pleasant, room 23 is spacious and comfortable with a few extra amenities, robes and fruit infused... More

My daughter and I had a lovely time at this charming inn. We enjoyed excellent spa treatments and spent most of our time in a relaxed atmosphere chatting away. The building reminded me of my grandparents homes, so many memories of my past were shared with my daughter. I can highly recommend the restaurant, also a 5 star rating. Looked... More

The room was quite and fresh with a very comfortable bed and made my two nights! The only issue I would say is that the room I had did not have the TV in the bed room. Although the room was equipped with a coffee maker I really think the hotel also should be able to serve breakfast.

The Inn was very cute and really neat to see. The room was comfortable. The sheets are AMAZING. It feels like you are swimming in water. However, the pillows we had were horrible, which was disappointing. We ate at the NOLA grille. We lived in NOLA for 3 years and found the food to be a pretty good representation. My... More

This is such a beautiful old historic hotel. We had the Red Bead Duck room. We were greeted by a very friendly staff and we had a pitcher of ice water with fruit to greet us. My husband and I each had a massage - so relaxing!

The rooms (2) were spacious and the public areas comfortable for conversation. The Inn is very tastefully; appointed, and the dining room/bar areas lovely. Such a surprise for such a small town hotel. The package with the Paine Museum was terrific, we really enjoyed the beautiful architecture and history. Next time we would bike more or golf.

My husband and I stayed here in May when we were in town for a wedding. We stayed in the bluebird suite. There is a sitting room, bedroom, and bathroom (and a refrigerator). This is a unique hotel - definitely not cookie cutter. Rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. There was also a Jacuzzi tub, which, unfortunately,... More
