We were in town for two nights to catch a Brewers game. We found the location of the hotel to be within walking distance of everything we wanted to see (except Miller Park). Hotel lobby is beautiful, all staff we talked with were very friendly and the room was clean and nicely decorated. A few small issues I wouldn't expect...

My family stayed in a suite in the historic part of the Pfister. From the moment we pulled up to the end of our visit, the hotel was wonderful. Gorgeous lobby, lovely & large rooms with super comfy beds, great club floor with full breakfast and great views. Highly recommend the Pfister. It's pricey but worth it!

I had a wonderful experience speaking with Quincy about an issue with someone in my party. Although he could not ultimately solve our issue, it was apparent that he was doing everything in his power and ability to assist. More hotels should staff employees like Quincy because hotels can only get so far based on the hardware alone. The front...

We reserved a king lake view room for the 4th of July weekend, which is during Summerfest in MW. Rooms are at prem. pricing during this time ($300 ++;$31 parking etc) Our 1st room wasn't as reserved/charged/paid; we moved to a second, which was LV but not a King. One floor up -Rooftop bar had live music with loud bass...

Although I don't usually stay at expensive hotels, I was with a family group in Milwaukee for a wedding. We got a "wedding rate" on our rooms, and it was convenient to be at the same location. The hotel was lovely, historic, and catered to the needs of many who required hair, makeup and nails done for the wedding. The...

I absolutely loved staying at this beautiful hotel. Our room included access to the private club on the 23rd floor which had a beautiful view of the city. Hussein, who works in the club, is an excellent host. Very friendly, personable, and attentive to the guests. I also enjoyed talking with the concierge Roc. It was fun hearing about the...

Beautifully maintained grand old hotel with updated fixtures and furnishings. Only one big negative. Who decided it was a good idea to charge a fee for rutgut wine on their club level lounge? On a weekend, the club level hospitality room didn't open until 5PM

I was only there for 1 night and 1 day, so a very short visit. Sadly, I missed dinner with the group the evening before the meetings, but I heard it was very good. Because I got in so late and missed dinner, I chose to eat in the newly reopened Café. The service was wonderful, but the salad I...
