Very average stay at the Inn. The inside is much more run down than the outside, with old carpet, old bedspreads (don't believe their pictures with the nice-looking down comforters), and poor lighting. Nice tv in our room and good place to charge devices on the nightstand. Decent shower. My sister's box spring cover was visibly dirty on the side... More

Checked into our room and saw a bunch of popcorn on the floor and next to the bed was a used condom........so gross. Shuttle driver was very nice but the poorly marked Shuttles that pick up at midnight are very hard to identify.

Simple place, not so good for the money expended. The room phone did not work as well as the room safe. They fixed the safe but not the phone. It was not bad but it could be better for the money expended.

The inside of the hotel is outdated and a little run-down but it is clean and the staff is very nice. Parking is very easy and convenient and they offer a shuttle for guests that leaves every 30 min. It's close to the Pabst mansion but its not the best neighborhood so take a cab rather than walk. Overall, it... More

I was quite pleased with the Ambassador Inn. Went up to Milwaukee for a show at the Rave and the Ambassador was right next door. Our room was clean, the staff was friendly and parking was right next door for a fee (still cheaper than most lots). We would definitely stay here again for a concert. Very convenient.

Stayed here for three nights while touring Milwaukee. The hotel is truly beautiful, the rooms are spacious, quiet and the beds are very comfortable. My only complaint was hard pillows, which was rectified with one phone call. We had breakfast each day at their restaurant, and a meal in the bar. The food was always excellent.

I went to check in and they had upgraded everyone here to the hotel across the street.. It was lovely. They got me a microwave and refrigerator for my room because I had planned on having one in the other hotel. I used the shuttle for Summerfest and the drivers were so nice and everyone was helpful.

First of all, the two hotels are across the street from each other. I think the Inn is the "lower" of the two. We had great service the rooms are fine. However, we planned our trip based on the shuttle service to and from Summerfest. Going to Summerfest there was quite a crowd waiting outside for the shuttle, it was... More

A very basic hotel. Parking is 10 dollars in a small lot across the street, and is convenient. Front desk was friendly and had the reservation and rate correct. There is a mild odor in the halls and lobby, nothing awful as some reviewers have stated. Just smells like an older hotel that used to be smoked in. Room was... More

Convenient location, good price for in & out parking, room was clean and front desk is always helpful. Our key to the room didn't work on day 2 but it was immediately corrected. Museums, concerts & shopping galore!
