Stayed in room 1840 upstairs. Fabulous soaker bathtub. Nice porch with seats and table. Two minute walk to the Opera House and restaurants. Never saw the owners, but that was ok with us. They left instructions and key at the front desk for us. Saw a few other guests hanging out in the comfy lobby. Only five or six rooms...

This hotel is much more then that. The rooms are beautiful and updated and yet they are unique and have kept with probably the original feel. The bathroom is big and the claw foot tub just begs you to take a soak. I would suggest this for both couples and groups. If you are traveling with other couples you could...

Our room was clean and cozy, and the hotel was lovely. There was tea, coffee and snacks available, and it was so private and quiet. The best thing was that we were a stone's throw from great restaurants and adorable, historic Mineral Point.

Stayed four days at this hotel in Mineral Point, WI and was most satisfied. Fabulous location-walking distance to some of the best eating places, art galleries and historic sites in the area. Neat, clean with a pleasant patio, in room frig, table and chairs. Charming inside and out. The lovely owner was most gracious and helpful!

We've been going to Mineral Point every summer in conjunction with trips to American Players Theater and galleries in town. 2015 we spent two nights at the historic Mineral Point Hotel. What a great experience. Rooms well appointed (good bed, pillows and linens; frig, cable/TV, reading lamps, tasteful decor) and comfortable common room to hang with our friends over morning...

I never expected the Mineral Point Hotel to be a great stay, but it was. I was so sorry that we could only stay one night. We were in the 1810 Room and i was concerned, since it was on the first floor that it would be noisy. But it was very quiet. What a sweet, cozy space it was....

We have walked past this building many times in all our visits to Mineral Point, but I never paid it much attention. Of course, it wasn't the charming Mineral Point Hotel of today. In fact, we made our Labor Day reservations in July, and I wasn't sure where this place was, but based on the pictures, I knew I wanted...

The Mineral Point Hotel looks quite small and unprepossessing from the outside, but is quite comfortable and attractive on the inside. The innkeepers are usually not present in the morning but put out an attractive array of snacks to help get you through the day. The furnishings are definitely of high quality. Since the walls appear to be at least...

Spent a night in Mineral Point Wisconsin after visiting Taliesin in nearby Spring Green. We chose Mineral Point because of the number of art and antique shops, and especially its historic past. The room we stayed in at the Mineral Point Hotel was perfect for my mom and I. Two beds, wonderful private bath, nice sitting area to play cards....
