Yes, a strange title but that summs up the 2 day stay... Good things:- - great staff - refurbished - much cheaper (and smaller = better) than the Premier Inn we normally use - car parking Not good:- - the dog that barked through the evening - yes they allow animals - build quality of the hotel with people banging... My friend and I booked a room each at this Travelodge and we had an excellent three night stay. Each of our rooms was spotlessly clean and airy and thus we each had a good sleep for the time we were there. The staff were so lovely, taking time to talk to us when we returned after each day out... More

Good clean hotel. Arrived at 1 o'clock in the morning after a long flight into Bristol Airport. Hotel not very visible from the roadside and not very well signposted. No hot water after 10 o'clock in the morning.

Only stayed overnight on a trip south. The Hotel is fine Comfy room, some noise from the M5 which runs close by. The staff were very friendly and advised us of places to eat. Overall good value for money.

The hotel was well maintained, we slept well. The room was clean, quiet. I would stay there again. The only problem was that there was no hair dryier in the room so I had to go to the reception and ask for it.

Contrary to popular belief, not all Travelodges are the same. This is a pretty good one: the service at reception was friendly and helpful, and my room was fairly big and well-maintained. A couple of negatives: maybe it was just my sat nav, but the postcode I used to direct myself to the hotel wasn't accurate, leading to a fair... More

Stayed in this hotel as needed a Bristol base for a couple of days due to a hospital visit. The staff were so friendly and helpful and made us very welcome, which was greatly appreciated. Our room was clean and tidy and adequately comfortable. The location does make it noisy with traffic noise (take ear plugs) but was also very... More

Very noisy as next to M5 motorway and constantly noisy. Stayed on lower level and swear we had herd of elephants in room above. Beds very uncomfortable and childs bed was unsleepable. Good point staff very friendly!

Comfortable bed, good nights sleep, Friendly staff, good food next door at the Harvester. Close to the Motorway. Good half way stop off point on the way home from Holiday. Did not use the Travelodge WiFi as good 4G service.
