This is the second time we have stayed at this restful B&B out in the country on a beautiful small lake. Next time we will reserve more than one night. The lake view rooms are spotless and the breakfasts are delicious. The host and hostess are warm and friendly, and make you feel part of the family.

The lake is so peaceful and our room overlooked yard and water. Char and Richard initiated ways to help us and obviously enjoy what they do! The breakfast was delicious. If you want a rural feel and simplicity in the home; this is the place for you. They share their living room with you, which might be alot if you...

The view from Bernard's room balcony was stunning! The proprieters Charlene and Richard were helpful, friendly, welcoming and lovely to chat with. The extra touches: snacks/treats, homemade cookies, beverages were a nice addition. We found it challenging to navigate at night with no GPS on the dark Wisconsin roads but worth the trip. We would like to go back when...

My wife and I spent a few days with Charlene & Richard and felt like being home. Better than that in many ways, specially regarding the warmth service, cozy rooms and delicious food. Northwest Wisconsin area is a beautiful touristic destination.

Driving from Alberta Canada through North Dakota, Minnesota,Wisconsin, and on to Illinois and Michigan to my ultimate destination of Ontario CA, I have wonderful memories of Pleasant Lake B & B in Osceola WI. It's serene, picturesque, filled with interesting artifacts - including a print of canoeing Voyageurs from Archives Canada and a beaver pelt. Hosts are knowledgeable, kind and...

We stayed with Char & Rich on a Friday night, after coming back from a music festival in Dresser. Char went above and beyond in welcoming us -- I have celiac and she had fresh gluten-free chocolate chip cookies waiting when we arrived and a delicious strata and gluten-free muffins for breakfast the next day. Bernard's room was well-appointed, with...

This was the first time that we stayed at Pleasant Lake and we would definitely stay again! We had the suite in the basement which included a small sitting room, bedroom with a double whirlpool, a family room, and a separate bathroom. There was tons of room to sit back and relax. We had a beautiful view of the lake...

Beautiful location on private lake with a paddleboat. About 7 miles from St. Croix Falls where we ate and did some hiking. Rooms were fine. They had a double whirlpool, but we didn't use it the one night we were there.

It was a very wonderful place to stay. We were the only guests, and our hosts were great. My wife and I spent 2 nights there for our anniversary. The lake looked like a piece of glass in the mornings and evenings and one evening we just sat outside and enjoyed the sounds of birds, the wind in the leaves...
