Stayed with family and loved it. Most importantly every employee I spoke with was exceptional! Smiles all around and so helpful. The rooms are large and beds comfy and clean. They have a great indoor water park perfect for a 6,5,4and 2 year old. On...More
Needed to find a place to stay overnight on our drive north. Found this place - reasonably priced, water park for the kids - and I was pleasantly surprised! Our room was huge - 2 queen beds, full size sofa and still plenty extra room...More

If you are comparing the Grand Lodge to the big waterpark hotels in the Dells - no. If you are looking for low key fun, an off-season getaway - yes. My son is 8 and he loved the slides, basketball in the pool, lilypads, water playground. For one or two days, there is enough to do but not like the Kalahari, Great Wolf, Wilderness, etc. The rooms were super spacious which is great when travelling with kids.
