Owners took real compassion on our inability to find lodging over the Fourth of July, 2016. They allowed us to put up our camp on a not developed piece of adjacent land to the pond. Then he brought us our camp wood and water! Loaned us his "mule" to travel the property. The Supper Club on site is great! Those...

My boyfriend and I only stayed here one night on our drive home from Cleveland, but it was enough to know that this is a very nice, well-maintained, and well-run campground. The owners gave us a warm and friendly welcome and escorted us to our site which was very spacious. We took a walk around the campground at night and...

Loved our time here. Met another family who has a slot at this campground. We rented a two bedroom cabin for the week and the price was amazing. This was our first time "glamping". Our children had a blast riding the golf cart around the campground. The pool was perfect aswell as the pond. The cabin was clean and had...

This is one of the nicest we have been to in quit awhile. Spots are large and ours was a pull thru overlooking the valley. The place is spotless and well maintained even this early in the season. Thankfully they have a strong wifi as I have AT&T cell and did not have any in this area.

Great campground , nice large sites. We really like site 61. The sites on the hill overlook the wildcat mountain area. There are some Excellent motorcycle roads in that area . looking forward to camping there again this year.

we stayed at Chapparal Campground two nights, we stayed in one of the small cabins, we stopped at the campground to see if they had openings they did, then we were checking the weather because they were calling for rain, and while my wife and I were doing that the owners decided to offer us a great price on a...

We camped at Chapparal for 4 days and it was perfect for our first family camping trip. The entire property was spotless with trash and recycling barrels everywhere, the facilities were clean (laundry, pool, bathrooms, etc.), and everyone we encountered was so nice. The owner even offered us his trailer to haul our bikes to the trail - amazing hospitality!...

We had a great weekend at Chapparal Campground. Nice grassy sites with shade. Lot's of things to do with a pond and beach across the road to a nice pool located in the park. Bathrooms and campground were very clean and well maintained. The owners were attentive to your needs and easy to work with. A great family campground. Reserved...

The campground was clean and well organized. The staff were very friendly and helpful. We had a great stay at the campground. The only negative thing I have to say is that the campground is so close to the highway, you can hear the cars all night.

We found Chaparral Campground using Woodall’s website (they gave it high marks). We were looking for a scenic campground nestled in the rolling hills of Southern Wisconsin. We were also looking for a well-maintained, nicely sized, grassy, full hook-up site with the right combination of sun and shade. We were not disappointed. Chaparral is within easy driving distance of the...
