We arrived at JHL recently for a few days of skiing. The staff persons at the desk were very friendly, helpful, and readily accessible. The condo unit we were in was very clean, very comfortable, and convenient from the parking lot. It is a very short walk to downtown and restaurants and pubs. The bus to go to Jackson Hole...

This hotel is very rustic, yet quite attractive and comfortable. It is within walking distance to the iconic Town Square, with its antler arches, and to excellent restaurants and wonderful shopping. Our room was spacious and very pleasant. Even though the room rate may seem high, depending on when you book, the lodge is near the Grand Teton NP and...

First of all, the lodge was very clean and well maintained. It also featured a really nice hot tub/pool with wheelchair access that ourselves and many other guests enjoyed. I would stay here again when visiting Jackson. I forgot my ski pants and coat in one of the closets and didnt even realize it for two days. When I called...

Thank you for sharing your experience during (and after) your stay with us at the Jackson Hole Lodge. Val is a great employee and takes care of our guests so well - well enough to have been recognized by our local chamber of commerce!. I will be sure to inform her that you appreciated her efforts to get you reunited...

Room was very nice and everyone was friendly and helpful. The main lobby is very pretty and warm inviting. Close to everything, we were even able to walk to Snow King mountain. My only wish was that they had a car to take guest two and from the airport, cause taxis are $40!

Thank you for your review of your recent stay with us. I am glad to hear that you enjoyed our accommodations and location in the heart of downtown Jackson. You will be happy to hear that Uber (and soon Lyft) have started operations here in Jackson and that should help bring down the cost of travel between the airport (JAC)...

My husband and I arrived with another couple, having rented a 2-bedroom condo. Unfortunately our stay during February was in the midst of 7' of snow, a warming period, then rain and back to freezing weather. We arrived to a literal flooded entrance, trying to get into the lobby without wading through 8" of water. If that was bad, once...

Thank you for staying with us and sharing your experience. Yes, the winter of 16/17 has been a challenge - February was the wettest in history! Between snow removal and ice dams our maintenance department has been very busy trying to stay ahead of what mother nature has been throwing at us. I am glad to hear that our 2...

The attractive rustic lobby and welcoming staff make you feel you are in Wyoming the moment you step inside. Appears to be an old and a newer part to this complex. I think I was in the older established building as you could hear movement on wooden floors and plumbing as people moved around nearby rooms. However was comfortable, clean...

Thank you for reviewing your recent stay with us here at the Jackson Hole Lodge. Yes, our lobby is an older building - the Jackson Hole Lodge has been accepting guests since June of 1941 - longer than any other operating hotel in Jackson! Our standard lodge rooms are also located in a historic building that was once used as...

Not to be confused with The Lodge at Jackson Hole (as I previously did), Jackson Hole Lodge is really a great place to stay. I can't speak for all the rooms, but ours was spacious and clean, with a full kitchen, pullout couch, fireplace and two bathrooms. Oh and it had a washer and dryer (perfect for drying cold, wet...

We booked a room here after our shuttle left us the morning of pick up and we missed our flight. We took the bus from the Village to here and enjoyed it for one night. If you are looking for a place in town I would recommend it.
