The incredible service began before we even arrived at Amangani ! Prior to our arrival, we received a call from Sara.... She had taken the liberty of making reservations for us at one of the critically acclaimed restaurants in town... Upon our arrival we were greeted by Marcus who gave us a personal tour of the resort... He could not...

The Amangani resort is only one of two Aman properties in the United States (the other being in Utah), and it's worth adding this (and Jackson Hole in general) to your bucket list. From the moment you step onto the grounds you're in for something special. The staff greets you by name and welcomes you with a brief tour of...

Stayed at Amangani in December, 2016. Please note that my reviews of Aman properties tend to be more critical than for a “normal” hotel, largely in consideration of the price point. Figure you’ll be spending $1K/night at Amangani. Conclusions: If you’re staying at an Aman, you probably don’t care that much about cost. While my/our experience there was good, it...

My wife and I stayed here on business trip. What a beautiful hotel! The room and accommodations are immaculate and the staff is second to none! While I was in meetings all day the staff assured my wife in finding stuff to do and then helped us get dinner reservation on short notice. They took care of everything and made...

Food terrible. Steak tasteless. Food served cold. Electricity in bathroom. You have to reach you hand inside storage hole under the sink. Almost impossible to plug in when you cannot see the plug. You have to crawl underneath the bed endtable to find electricity. Glad I had extension card with me.

I know the Aman Hotels and in fact have stayed at 5 of them in the World, and I was excited to stay at this one.. what a disappointment.. it is 15 years old and it shows.. no electrical outlet to plug in your phone at the desk, TV channels not available, slow service , forgetting things like spoons for...

What a view--spectacular. Peaceful, relaxing and serene--that is until you try to control the mechanicals, particularly the air conditioning. The right half of the hotel is loud and both sides do not cool properly. At this price point, this should be a no-brainer. It seems to be getting worse now that we have stayed here 5 times (albeit once in...

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while we were in Jackson Hole for a wedding. Firstly I need to point out how phenomenal the location is, the view from every room is simply breathtaking! Our room was sensational, from the gorgeous furnishings and decor to the incredible sunken bathtub with floor to ceiling window, it was all...

We really enjoyed staying at the Amangani in Jackson Hole. There was a mix up with the reservations but the hotel made it right in the end. The rooms were comfortable and the views were stunning. The hotel also was at full occupancy but it did not seem that way at all. We did not eat at the hotel restaurant...

We spent 7 days here at the Amangani. It is truly beautiful, set on a hillside with extensive views. From the minute you arrive you are treated like royalty. The hotel always seemed calm and relaxed as if we were the only people there. Nothing is too much trouble and the staff really pride themselves on excellence. Nothing was too...
