We came to Laramie for a UW event and stayed at the VeeBar as a family while we were here. It was such a relaxing weekend. We went in the hot tub, hung out in the saloon and just relaxed by the fire after breakfast. The food was delicious and the staff was very nice. My kids loved Levi the... More

We stayed at the Vee Bar Ranch in early March. It was conveniently located 10 miles from the Snowy Range Ski Resort. An excellent buffet breakfast was provided each morning and a great way to start our day. The grounds and area are beautiful and provided a great get-away as there is limited cell coverage. Three of us rode horses... More

This was a great place to stay while we took our 3 oldest boys skiing at Snowy Range. The accomodations were excellent and the staff was super friendly. My children loved the experience of staying in a lodge on a real "dude" ranch and getting to horseback ride in between our skiing. We will definitely return to the Vee Bar... More

This place was like stepping back in time-when things were calmer and safer. We had a great time just hanging out. We were surprised by the amount of snowmobiles in the medicine bow national forest, but we made our snowshoeing/fat biking excursion work for us. :) We will definitely be back to the Vee Bar Ranch.

This is my second visit to the Vee Bar Guest Ranch with a group of friends from the UK. On this occasion we joined up with a friend from New England we had met on our first trip - Adults only week 2014. The entire experience is amazing- our accommodation was a cosy and well equipped log cabin located in... More

This was my 2nd visit and it did not disappoint. Great location and wonderful people. The horse riding was great with some brilliant long lopes-the distances of the lopes are amazing for someone from England - and the views are to die for. Hope to return some day and this is definitely a trip not to be missed.

I have recently returned from The Vee Bar Guest Ranch with 14 cowboys affectionately named "The Geezers" by the staff. We had a GREAT time. Every aspect of the ranch is awesome--staff, accommodations, food, and activities. The ranch is nestled in a valley among cottonwood trees along the Little Laramie River--a real western feel. The horseback riding is the main... More

Have you ever thought that you would like to go back to the Old West and see what it was like to be a real Cowboy or Cowgirl? Well, you can and the Vee Bar Guest Ranch is just the place to do it and do it authentically. The Cole and Kilmer families, who own and run the ranch, can... More

Unbelievable! That is the experience you will have at the Vee Bar Ranch in Laramie Wyoming. Kari & Brent Kilmer offer you a Cowboy/Cowgirl experience unmatched by any other ranch. Their staff is amazing! Accommodations are great and the Little Laramie River provides a scenic view from your room. Riding with Brent and his wranglers (Tommy, Lexi, Laurie, & Tucker),... More

From the minute you arrive until you have to get back to your world you are treated to the best experience ever. The great feeling of family and we can do it is all around you. We were a group of 14 old guys (the Geizers) and were treated to unbelievable views rides and down home cooking. The rides were... More
