It's not the end of the world, and, no, you can't see it from here. The rooms are a bit outdated, however they are adequate and comfortable. There is a gas station and snack bar on the property. ( They used to have an incredible restaurant; but closed it down some years ago. )

I was riding across country on my bike and hit some nasty weather. I thought this place that advertised by Billboard would be a tacky tourist trap. Wrong!! They had GREAT rooms, GOOD honest food, a good bar, and everything a traveller could need. At an honest price and value. Now I want to find the other ones. Bless, you,... More

The rooms are VERY out dated and in my opinion uncomfortable. I was given a room in a building that had 2 bus loads of field trip teenagers, and the walls nor the door are sound proofed well at all. The grounds are so large, that the walk from the check in desk to the room is rather extreme after... More

For SW Wyoming, it's a good choice. The room was large and clean, with a retro look. Not much food available, consider bringing a picnic with you. Convenience food available at the truck stop. No town nearby, so come self contained.

Stayed with my mother who is slowing down but not wheelchair bound. The handicap room was large, clean, but at the far end of the property. I was pulling a big trailer and could not park close to the room so my mom had to make the hike. It was quiet and pleasant after that.

I used to love staying here but NEVER again. I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes at 11 pm to check in. My room is the size of a postage stamp and didn't even have a fridge or microwave. For the price, I'll stay in Rock Springs next time. Less expensive, way better service and get a lot more... More

I used to love this place. Cheap ice cream cones, the cinnamon rolls, the restaurant. We were taking our daughter to see her sister in Utah and raved about the place the whole way from Thornton, Co. It had been a couple years since we had been able to stop there and boy what a change…for the worst. No more... More

We ended up cancelling our room, due to air conditioning not working. We walked in room, fan was blowing warm air, thermostat was dialed to 60 degrees. We spoke with the desk clerk, who said it would take 20 minutes for the a/c to blow cool. We went to the desk to ask about the problem. Desk person called for... More

We stayed in a deluxe room (really a suite) which overlooked the pool. The suite was very clean as was the nice sized bathroom, but the decor was definitely tired and dated. It had once been very elegant! Our disappointment was that there was no place to have dinner other than the cafeteria which was mediocre at best.

Clean, well appointed, and fully functional room with circa mid 20th century decor, microwave, fridge, and flat screen TV. The tiling in the bathroom is original and well maintained. The water pressure and temperature for the shower do fluctuate, as it did back in the day, but was never too hot. The mattress was quite firm. As for the rest... More
