Wow is all I can say, from the staff to the accommodation, to the food, fly fishing, hiking, shooting range, compound bow, riding...just everything. Shout out to Rachel (service staff) Ben Hulse (adventure hike in Med Bow), wranglers and my favorite horse "King." Soft sheets and no trouble falling asleep after busy days! Magee Homestead was the perfect place for...

Wow, Wow, Wow. From the first phone call to checking out, this was an unexpected surprise. I truly felt like I was visiting my parents at their ranch. They would have planted fresh flowers, meticulously cleaned my room, thought of every little need I might have while visiting, smiled at me every time we passed, and hugged me when I...

We just spent five days at Brush Creek and had a fantastic time. The outstanding service is probably what I would mention first, but here is our summary of what we liked and what could have been improved. What we liked: 1) Again: the service was unbelievable. People attending to you left and right, knowing your preferences after just two...

I have never written a hotel or resort review before but this is a find I simply cannot keep to myself. My husband and I, eager for a getaway that would combine a high level of luxury service with an equally high level of adventure and deep relaxation, decided to check out the Magee Homestead (an adults only sister property...

My husband and I, along with his brother and sister-in-law spent a Friday to Monday at Brush Creek. It was a fabulous experience! We stayed in the Kokonee cabin and were provided golf carts to get around the ranch. Immediately upon arriving at the ranch we were welcomed and well cared for. The staff to guest ratio is impressive and...

We are definitely NOT dude ranch people, but decided to mix up our travel experiences and give Brush Creek a try. It was such an unexpected success that we plan to return next year with more family members in tow. What made it special was the lovely staff combined with the opportunity to try new things. ACCOMMODATIONS We wanted to...

A dude ranch was not my 1st choice for destination for family vacation since i am more city than country. I am now trying to plan a return trip to Brush Creek. My family is very active but not all have same interests. With activities such as mountain biking, hiking, yoga, fly fishing, gun shooting, archery, horseback riding, paintball and...

Never having been to a "dude" ranch I wasn't sure what we were all getting into but from the moment we arrived I have to say it was spectacular ! There was so much to do! Twenty of us rode horses, hiked the mountains, climbed ropes courses, zip-lined, shoot clay pigeons, did archery and fly fishing, paint ball, atv'd, yoga...

Just returned from a long weekend trip with 20 family members at Brush Creek Ranch. It was INCREDIBLE. We were up at 6:30 every day to do some morning yoga, hike, mountain bike, etc and closing down the saloon in the evening. They offer different levels of horseback riding, archery, shooting range, hiking (I recommend Medicine Bow Peak hike- breathtaking),...
