The bathroom was clean, but there is little else good to report about this hotel. The room reeked of room deodorizer which gave me an immediate headache. The curtains were so thin that they don't block much light nor even provide complete privacy. The door only locked with the lock in the door knob. No dead lock nor additional latch,...

From the pictures online this looked nice when we booked it. However our room on the lower level was small and dark. There were two tables on each side of the bed but one had a lamp. So as we settled in after dark to read my husband had no lamp. He went to the front desk and asked if...

The bed was awesome! The shower temp and pressure was awesome! There was no air conditioner which we could have used. The light in the ceiling fan had a short which it would flicker. Annoying. The tv seemed to overheat then the picture would continuously roll. I thought was very pricey at $90 night.. internet was very slow, when you...

The location on the river is really nice (especially if you can get a river facing room which are very limited). The room (double queen) was adequate but nothing special. Coffee pot in room was nice but no decaf..not everyone can have caffeine so we were advised to visit the dollar or grocery store. WiFi was extremely spotty especially at...

We unexpectedly found ourselves heading to Saratoga for a dip in the Hot Springs and the North Platte River, and in need of a room. The whole property is nothing to write home about, but the location was excellent, our room was clean and the beds were super comfy. Next time we're bringing steaks to grill on the deck at...

Let's start with the good.....room was spacious and had a great view right on the river. Now the not so good....the room was so noisy, sleep was impossible! There are no staff on site at night to help resolve noise issues with rude guests. No staff were available for check out at 8:00 am either. Room keys are left taped...

We have stayed here many times. Location is great - right on the river, and only 2 blocks from downtown. The owners have maintained this old hotel very well - upgrading the bedding and linens. The beds are great! Bathrooms are modern and clean. The rooms are large and very clean. Staff is friendly and helpful. Unless you want to...

This lovely family owned motel is on the banks of the North Platte River, right at the western edge of the beautiful Snowy Range Mountains in Saratoga, Wyoming. Owner grew up here in town. Comfy & safe & very quiet - not on a loud highway. Very fast WiFi, clean rooms, frig, microwave, coffee. In our first 5 minutes here...

This is an older motel but clean, well maintained and right on the bank of the North Platte River with a patio and large grass area to relax on--the kind of location that usually comes with $200/night rates. They're pet friendly too with excellent pet walking areas. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever back in Saratoga.

This review is based on staying in rooms 216 or 217. They are spacious, clean and have comfortable pillows/beds. But the real plus is that each has a balcony that overlooks the river. The motel is older but everything is well maintained. "Don't judge a book by it's cover", the front of the building doesn't look like a place that...
