A perfect place to stay if you are looking for character and charm rather than characterless luxury. The Austrian flavour is authentic, the staff smiling and willing to help ensure our stay was comfortable and pleasurable. The complimentary hot and cold buffet breakfast was a good standard (fruit, yoghurt, scrambled eggs, pastries etc) and the Bistro was a convenient dinner...

Spent three nights here and wished we could have stayed longer. The rooms were clean and well presented, if a little old fashioned! The buffet breakfast was nice, although we would have preferred more in the way of cooked food, however, can't fault what was on offer. The reception staff were friendly and helpful. The hot tub was great and...

Wow - the worst restaurant experience ever. Food was like something from boarding school at best. Waiter couldn't find the wine we ordered twice - at least it was a cheap experience. Do not go there unless you need to recalibrate your taste buds for what could be a good meal.

While we have stayed here for about 10 years, and will likely come back for the room affordability and location, I dread going to breakfast in the morning. The breakfast situation had deeply declined since first coming here. I used to enjoy a full range of options EVERY day. The buffet used to accommodate all kinds of options from standard...

We had a wonderful stay at Alpenhof right from check-in. The staff was friendly, courteous, and very helpful. They were happy to answer any questions we had regarding the lodge and the slopes. The location is literally right next to the tram, I'm not sure if you can get any closer. Breakfast is outstanding with hot eggs and sausage or...

This is the perfect place to stay if you plan on skiing. You can even see the tram line from breakfast so you know when to line up to get the first tram up. The staff treated us like family and even knew our names. They were incredibly helpful before and during our stay. We sent several packages to the...

We had a wonderful time at the Alpenhof. The staff treats you like family. Breakfast is amazing. Our room was spacious and quiet. We are right on the slopes. The bistro has great beer on tap and music on occasion. The Alpenrose restaurant is beautiful and has great food and wine. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

We loved our stay at Alpenhof. It is situated at the base of Jackson Hole - walk out the door and you are at the tram that takes you to the top. The decor has a European feel to it- the staff is very welcoming and the food is delicious! We especially appreciated the phenomenal European breakfast. Mark and Ann...

Centrally located hotel with car parking across the street in the main public car park. Reception was a little patronising with no offer to help with our suitcases until after we'd taken them up ourselves. Pleasant room with outside balcony. Comfortable bed. Quality and variety of breakfast buffet was excellent, but breakfast wasn't due to start until 7,30am (which is...
