VERY low frills kind of place. Seemed like a trucker's stop since everyone was gone before 8am the next day. The room was very large (2 separate bedrooms for 2 queen beds). The shower was actually quite nice and spacious too. Sadly, the WiFi was not working and this was very inconvenient for us. We made up for it by...

The Elk Antler Inn was the perfect place to rest after a day of hiking in the Shoshone National Forest. At first, we were a little concerned that the traffic noise from Highway 20 would be an issue, but it was not to worry. Our spacious room was on the second floor and had all of the modern comforts of...

'Quirky', 'Rustic' these are terms that apply. you could also say 'Comfortable and convenient'. 'Good value'? 'Yein' as we say in Switzerland which means yes and no. I was with a group and it was not my choice to stay here but for a couple of nights it was ok but longer than that... No thanks.

Cute little place with unique rooms. We got a family suite with a queen bed and bunk beds. Very comfortable, clean, great little breakfast and coffee and the STAFF IS WONDERFUL. We will be staying with them again.

First off, at the time of writing my review, TA classifies this as one of two B&Bs in Thermopolis. It isn't a B&B. It is motel, a rustic one. I don't think this place would be so highly rated if it was listed with other motels. I am not sure it would compare favorably. This place tries hard in some...

Thank you for your review. I'm sorry the room was not to your liking. Trip Advisor does not allow us to list ourselves as a motel because we don't have a 24 hour person manning the front desk.

Our family of four stayed in the Elk Antler Inn in early August. We had a two-bedroom unit with three queen beds and it was very comfortable and quiet. The shower was very nice, also. At check-in, the clerk offered us a tasty variety of snacks. We had a delicious breakfast at Black Bear Cafe, six or so blocks from...

The staff were lovely and welcoming and the accommodation is great for the price. We all slept well here. There are restaurants within walking distance and Thermopolis is a nice place to spend a day. The hot springs are an easy drive away. The breakfast wasn't up to much though.

Thanks for taking the time to write a review! Our breakfast is just continental, Otis Spunkmeyer muffins, donuts, coffee cake, honey buns, granola bars, fruit bars and oatmeal. There are places to get a hot breakfast just a few blocks away, some costing only $5.00 for a meal.

This motel is cozy, clean, comfortable, and locally-owned and managed. Easy load-in, load-out, good location along Route 20, next to a convenience store. At 90 bucks, maybe a bit pricey but I guess they need to make most of their income during the busy summer season before winter arrives for its long stay. The furnishings and décor are unique. Everything...

I don't like writing bad reviews. So let me say a few good things first. Very cute elk antler theme. Frig, microwave, consistent WiFi, quite for sleeping. But straight up DIRTY. The bathroom mirror was covered with toothpaste splatters, the vanity had a gob of dried toothpaste running down the front. The baseboard heat had dust and hair on it....

Thank you for your review. The room would not have passed my inspection either. I hope you went to the front desk to let them know, and we would have at least discounted the room. I check the rooms daily and have my desk clerks also inspect the rooms after the housecleaning is done. Thank you for letting us know...
