This Bed and Breakfast is secluded on a ridge above Hilo. It has access to a beautiful waterfalls and garden area. The service was outstanding. We enjoyed out short stay, wish we had more time at the B&B.

We stayed in the Pagoda Guest House for 3 nights. The Inn is located about 4 miles down a mostly single lane paved private road that winds through orchards of Macadamia Nut trees. Our GPS found it without a problem, or follow the signs. The...More

I love this place...stunning setting, comfortable rooms, nice staff, delicious breakfasts, great walking paths to waterfall, close to Hilo. It's a four-star property to me -- taking all these things into account. I would give it 5-stars...if they had a stocked bar for sitting out...More

We liked the relaxed feel of the place, also liked that it was a bit out of town. Peaceful setting, so different than being in Hilo only about 15 minutes away. The building the room was in was nice, the room we had was nice....More

We loved it here! Close to downtown Hilo, yet located with hiking trails, a waterfall and swimming pond and amazing stands of bamboo! Lenny is a wonderful host! The breakfast was macademia (grown there) waffles with eggs and fruit and Hawaiian coffee! Totally enjoyed the...More

The Jade Cottage is ? When we were there the TV did not work. The shower had a ball of hair in it. The table on the lani was falling apart. I am sure these have been taken care of, but were disappointing for us.

We stayed one night in a ground floor room. No stairs and a walk in (if fairly narrow) shower. Gentle slope (asphalt) down to the breakfast area from where you can view the waterfall.
