We chose this hotel for its location- convenient to the airport and Volcanoes National Park. The room was clean with a pretty view of the ocean. Towels were soft and fluffy. The friendly staff provided helpful information about helicopter rides.
We choosed this hotel to visit this part of the Big Island, especially the Volcano National Park. The rooms are large and practical. Very positive is the fact that parking is free and there are sufficient places even at late arrival.
This was our second stay at this hotel - previously visiting, and reviewing, 18 months ago. Unfortunately, whilst last time we had a lovely, newer room, on this occasion we had an obviously older room in need of renovating.

Very nice, clean and friendly. Loved the view of the ocean, Mountain Mauna Kea and coconut island. Bed was super comfy. Breakfast was a little pricey but really delicious. The staff was very friendly and full of Aloha!
