It used to be a bed and breakfast but they stopped doing that in 2006. However I recommend that you stay at the Waimea Country Lodge. At the Jacaranda Inn my husband and I got bit really bad by mosquitos after about a week it didn't get any better so we checked out and stayed at the Waimea Country Lodge. In the same parking lot there is a restaurant called Paniolo country Inn and just about a mile down the same street is Hawaiian Style Cafe and they to have really good breakfast.(The Cafe is cash only, but well worth it).
