We booked a renovated room and was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and decor. Beautiful stone shower and comfy, king size bed. I think the continental breakfast could be improved (just some cold eggs and breakfast cereal) especially since the room rate was nearly $200 USD.

Room was very nice, Had a rustic feel too it. Pretty quiet, off the main road. We really loved the room itself. The breakfast on the other hand left a lot to be desired, especially for a $200/night room, cereal yogurt and muffins were all that is there. Would stay again but plan on eating elsewhere.

We received an upgrade to a remodeled kitchenette with a king size bed. The room was very nice with high end finishes. The hotel is set back from the highway and difficult to find. The wifi would not work in our room. When the property renovations are complete this will be an outstanding property to stay at.

Renovations were very nice and the rooms were quite large. We stayed in room with a kitchenette and it was fully stocked with utensils and dishes to use. Bathrooms were also really spacious. We loved the paniolo-themed finishes to the rooms!

The review goes to Jenna who went over and beyond to help me with my accommodations. She did everything to make sure I had a room at the last minute and was exceptional in every way. The room was one of their older rooms, (Hotel currently under renovation), but being that I was happy just to get in a place...

We stayed for about 4 days and we tried to extend our stay (unfortunately they were booked up) because this place was such an amazing little get away. they provided pots, pans, silverware, toaster, microwave, mini fridge, blow dryer and honestly the most comfortable pillows that have ever graced this world. As soon as we walked in, we didn't want...

Aloha Joey, Thank you so very much for your glowing review. We truly wish you could have stayed, but the popularity of Kamuela Inn is growing. Thanks to reviews like yours, guests are flocking despite the renovation dust and noise. By the end of this year, we should be fairly complete, will have not only a new exterior facelift, but...

We stayed in an updated room...it was great! Comfortable king bed, huge shower with deliciously scented Hawaiian soap and shampoo/conditioner, free breakfast, and even walking distance to great food and shopping. The room was beautifully done and the kitchen was an unexpected perk, fully complete with a gas stove and everything we needed to cook a meal. Quiet, peaceful, and...
