My family enjoyed our stay in Twin 1. From the breakfast lanai (with fresh fruit, breads, cereal, juice/coffee) to the beautiful room & grounds, everything was fantastic. We couldn't have wished for a more relaxing place to stay or more thoughtful hosts. This location was ideal for our visit to Volcanoes National Park too. We would highly recommend Volcano Guest...

Quiet rainforest retreat. We stayed in Claudia's Place which is attached to main house. Kitchenette with everything my teenage son and I needed and also had access to the full kitchen in communal area. This area has a spa and comfy sofas to lounge around on. Very neat, clean and comfortable. Very easy access to the National Park and the...

We found this place by chance, and really felt we landed on our feet. Private, quiet, clean, and friendly; close to the main road (yet far enough away), ready access to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park. We also used our stay here as a springboard to take the night boat to where the lava pours into the ocean: bucket-list stuff. Don't...

It was everything we could ask for and more for a family of five. We stayed in Akala House with four bedrooms and a bath for everyone. Our 10-year-old was ecstatic! Look out for the low overhang in the upstairs bedroom; one of us got a good lump on the head. The breakfast room was light and pleasant, with plenty...

The Volcano Guest House is located very close to Volcano Village. We stayed 2 nights in one of the cottages. It was well appointed with everything needed for a longer stay. It was clean and comfortable. Our beds had mattress warmers for the chilly nights. We enjoyed one afternoon hanging out in the sunroom in the hot tub. The owners...

Close to Hawaii Volcanoes National Park, and not too far from Hilo as well. - Secluded, quiet, and clean - Fully stocked kitchen and excellent free breakfast -...

Volcano Guest House is not our first choice for a stay in Volcano, HI to visit Hawaii Volcano National Park, but it is certainly a pleasant lodging nevertheless. It's located in the rainforest so it's cool and wet even in the summer and early fall. We stayed in a good size cottage with one bedroom, sleeping couch in the living...

Amazing little wooden cottage in Volcano. The rooms were super comfortable and clean, the property was beautiful. Our hosts, Alan and Bonnie were wonderful, always wanting to help and even invited us to join in on their Thanksgiving dinner. Great breakfast, all in all I would recommend this place 100% to stay, Thank you for a great time!

We arrived on thanksgiving and were welcomed warmly. Our host made sure we had somewhere to be, even inviting us to join their Thanksgiving dinner - true spirit of aloha! Thank you for a great breakfast, too, especially the sweet papayas...I hope I can come back someday.

Very happy with our 2-nights stay at the Volcano Guest House. The B&B is quiet and in a peaceful surrounding. Free breakfast and fruits. Close to the National Volcano Park. Will recommend to friends and stay there if we ever visit the Big Island again.
