The plus-The rooms are designed beautifully. The decks are big with comfortable furniture, the 1 bedroom with large spa tub was absolutely stunning. The minus-I paid extra and reserved a one bedroom with spa tub months ago and my room was given to someone else. They wanted to put me in a standard handicap room and I was made to... More

King's Land is truly luxurious. Nice 2-bedroom suites. Kids loved the pools (although a little cold for November). DVD rental program was fantastic - kids took advantage of a movie and PS3 game daily.

The resort is the perfect place to relax, very quiet and peaceful. The grounds are beautiful. The rooms are spacious with a full sized kitchen and washer/dryer. The pool area was great, slides, tubes and activities.. Food was delicious. The staff were always pleasant and helpful. The location is great even though it's not on the water. It's a short... More

I booked this stay on the open season. I bought about 5 years ago and it seems like the open season feature went from slightly over $100 a night to $200 a night. Although I am disappointed with such the huge increase in my member rate it is still a good value compared to the other properties around. It's not... More

We had a great time at this beautiful resort. Our room had a kitchenette and a separate bedroom, perfect for putting our young one to sleep early. Access to the Hilton Grand was great! Perfect for families with small children. You get full access to the grounds and are able to use all facilities.

IF you don't have kids who need the constant stimulation, stay here as its more convenient for the sightseeing and other things to do in the big island. The 1 bedroom is amazing and if its for 2 more than enough room, concierge people are helpful. Laundry at the room really makes thing easier as you can wash your clothes... More

I had a one bedroom suite. This place was not only beautiful and clean but so very convenient. The concierge staff was so very helpful and friendly as was the staff at the reception desk. Loved the daily entertainment in the courtyard. Gave guests a real warm Hawaiian "ALOHA" feeling. The pool area is gorgeous!! Loved all the options. The... More

Have vacationed here five times and always leave happy and rejuvenated. Rooms and grounds nicely appointed and well kept, the pools are wonderful. We always stop by Costco on the way in to pick up meat to cook on the bbq grills that are always spotless clean. There are outstanding beaches close by (rental car helps) to enjoy sun and... More

I can't say enough good things about Kings Land by HGV. Our room is a two bedroom suite with a full kitchen, nice lanai out back, and access to several Weber grills just a few steps outside the building for cooking. Beds are comfy although the couch/sleeper bed leave much to be desired. But who stays in their room all... More
