We booked this only a month ahead of time when we decided to cancel a reservation we had in Kona due to vog concerns. We weren't optimistic that this property, on a golf course, was quite what we were looking for, but the price was...More
The property was located in Waikoloa Village, approximately 6 miles east of highway 19. Front desk staff was very nice and accommodating. Easy check-in and check-out. Two computers hooked to printer in the lobby available for airline check-in and to print boarding passes. A/C was...More
The property is immaculate and beautiful. The staff and maintenance of unit were the best. This resort has everything you need including beautiful views, pool was awesome, only 2 minutes from grocery and fabulous restaurants.

This is our 2nd trip here. We love the setup here. We were thinking about going to a hotel but with all the different fees and charges, being kama'aina just isn't worth it to stay na cramped room. The condos here gives all of us...More
We had a two-story condo that had two bedrooms, two baths. The mattress might have been the best we've ever slept on in a rental unit. I think it was memory foam. The condo isn't exactly centrally located. It's six miles from the beach, and...More

We stayed in I-104 which was a ground floor 2 bedroom unit. I couldn't say for sure it was an updated unit, but it was very nice. No damaged furniture, walls, or flooring. Had a flat screen 40-42 inch tv. The counters were not granite. The electric range and full size refrigerator were not that old, maybe a couple of years old. The beds were clean and comfortable. Loads of cabinet space. Always quiet at night. It's a great place in my opinion. I could live there.

The two bedroom units were two twin beds. Our two bedroom was on the bottom floor and just a warning it was very noisy. S the three bedroom units are flipped. In other words, the kitchen and family rooms are above the bedrooms so all you here is every one walking around. It is very poorly constructed unit. Good luck. Hope you have better luck than we did. We hated it.
Snorkel rentals were reasonable but Imhopr you realize you have to drive to any beach you want to use. A good 10minute drive Nd pa k a lunch.
