We booked our stay thru Costco Travel and Outrigger. The complex is clean and well maintained on the outside. Our unit was clean but very basic in its furnishings. The kitchen has new appliances but the remainder of the unit could have been furnished from a garage sale. The TVs are a tube type in the bedroom and a 30...

We loved the Fairway Villas! This place is right in the Waikoloa beach resort area and within walking distance of the Kings Shops and Queens Marketplace. Minutes away from a beautiful beach (A Bay) that's a great place to relax or watch the sunset. We actually liked that it was about 30 minutes out of Kona. Close enough to get...

I-5: It's a nice condo development but each unit is individually owned for a unique renters experience. This owner cuts every corner to provide a low end tourist experience. Rummage sale furnishings, broken appliances, crummy dinnerware, blah, blah, blah - even the toilet paper reflects the cheapest stuff you can find in North America. It's a great venue but be...

We stayed at the beginning of February. Our unit was nice 3bdr 3 bath, perfect for our family of 5, you could have fit 5 more people. I would not stay here again!! Here's why 1. The people that stay or live here are not friendly at all, you will wave say hi and they will turn their heads the...

The pool is unheated and most days it's real cold, even for grown ups. Kids under 12 can't use the hot tub. So today we're having a tub in the condo because they didn't want to go in the pool, being to cold. It's a warm day, but really windy. If they had even a kids pool that was heated...

Decent and convenient place to stay when in the Kohala/Kona area of the Big Island. It's a gated property a short sand wedge away from both the King's Shops and Queen's Marketplace of Waikoloa Resort. So it's close to a lot of conveniences including shopping, dining, other hotels, gas, etc. This place is also a timeshare rental which means units...

We rented a large Fairway Villas condo and shared it with another couple and their daughter. It was extremely comfortable for 5 people and could have easily accommodated 6. We had a master bedroom with a king bed and a bathroom with double sinks, bathtub, separate shower, walk-in closet, and private toilet area. Our friends had the 2nd bedroom with...

This is our third trip to Hawaii - first time to the Big Island. We booked this villa through Costco and were very excited to have new experiences. We travelled with my mother, my husband and I and our three children, 13, 12 and 8. 1) There is no house keeping unless you want to pay $95 USD per time....

We rented two units for our family vacation to the Big Island. The 1 bedroom unit, B23 was nicely decorated and modern, the other unit N5 was outdated with tube TV's, plastic blinds on patio door that would fall off easily and bar stool chairs that the cushions were ripping. The pool, was cold and we found out after being threatened...

My family stayed in L4 which was a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom corner condo unit. We loved having the kitchen so we could prepare breakfast, lunch, and some dinners. We used the BBQ area a few times as well. Great location for our trips to Hilo and to the volcano. The gym is small but ok for being on vacation...
