We stayed in unit 9E with an ocean view and a golf course view. It was a beautiful, newer unit. The condo was comfortable for 5 adults. The pool/hot tub/restaurant/bar were wonderful with polite and helpful, friendly staff. The property was more quiet than a typical resort, but a quick walk along the beautiful rocky sea shore and you can...

We just returned to the Boston area last night after spending two incredible weeks in Hali'i Kai Unit 14C. The condo was well stocked: The owners have thought of everything. For example, we thought we saw some dolphins offshore and wondered if there were binoculars in the sports closet...and yes, they were! (and yes, they have a full sports closet!)...

This is the second time we have rented a 2/2 condo at this resort. Both times it was oceanfront and this last rental was 13D which was an end unit in the first building but located farthest from the pool. We used the lovely lanai morning and night and never heard noise from the pool or even the musicians playing....

The resort itself is beautiful, however this unit 19c is in horrible shape. The carpet is filthy dirty with stains, the walls have nicks, gouges and black smears over the entire unit. The living room couch is completely worn out and is very uncomfortable to sit on. The master bed is also completely worn out. I complained to the front...

We stayed in 14C - it was fantastic! It's a great resort, close to everything. The condo had everything you could want. I highly recommend this condo. The owner was so very helpful during the booking, and made sure we were in and settled. Amazing trip!

Knew it was a gamble when booking a vacation package as one does not get to select the unit. So I called the resort a week before arrival to request room information and was told my supplier/agent (Westjet) was supposed to send that info (they did not). Sorted that out with no problem. We were initially assigned unit 3H (3...

Beautiful condos, safe atmosphere, and beautiful pool area on the oceanfront. Our family rented a two bedroom unit with a garden view. Everyone on staff was nice and helpful. A very nice home base for our trip! We will stay here again next time we come to the big island.

We stayed in this resort for four days during our recent trip to Big Island. The resort is located on Wailoloa Drive, close to Hilton, and is nicely maintained. It is about one mile from the Kings' shops. We had requested a one bedroom with garden view but got a two bedroom and two bathrooms with the view to the...

The villa that they gave us was way better that what we've expected in a gated rental condo community in the Big Island! Everything we needed was there - pool, heated whirlpool, tennis court, golf course, oceanfront fitness cabana, poolside bar/restaurant and the guest-only access to the shoreline! But of course you don't want to missed the natural tourist spots...
