My family of 4 stayed at the Bay club for 6 nights and found this and excellent base to explore the big island. The apartment was large ,which was good plenty of room for our teenage sons! The resort has breathing views of the hawian landscape

A super place to stay for a family vacation. The big island has many interesting places to see and experience. This resort is the place to stay and be away from the city of Kona and yet have everything necessary to have fun.

We loved the room and all of the beautiful plants around the property. We went to all of the other Hilton properties pools and had a great time, the water was so refreshing. In the evenings we watched all of the starving cats running around seeking food. Most of the cats weigh less than a pound or two. We noticed...

Wi fi, AC, electrical plugs, multiple calls for maintenance. Clearly a facility in need of some care. Location was okay. Concierge was excellent and helpful. Front desk did their job but seemed bothered to do that. Overall, was a very average stay for a Hilton Vacation Club.

Super small pool filled with kids. No restaurants. No ocean view. The concierge gave us poor advice that messed up our zip line excursion and weren't helpful in setting up others. The shuttle to the Hilton is handy. I wouldn't stay here again.

I had high expectations of using facilities at the other Hilton hotels in the area but when we inquired about it we were told there was an additional fee since we stayed at the Bay Club. That was not annotated anywhere on the site and I was really looking forward to swimming in the pool and looking at the ocean...

The pools are small. The location of my room prohibited me from connecting to WiFi and having cell service. Most of the staff is very friendly but there were a few that seemed like they didn't want to be bothered. Overall, it is very average teetering on poor if you "need" WiFi and Cell Service.

Excellent HGV location. Prefer Bay Club over Kings Land. You don't get treated the same if you're not a Hilton owner but it doesn't matter much. Even the units with view of the parking area vs the golf course are great. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

Should have insisted on different room Ac didn't work toilet didn't flush and weak wireless. They did fix Ac same day. Love location and the Hapuna beach is my favorite. The Hilton next door has the Dolphins very fun to go watch.

We spent 11 days at The Bay Club at Waikoloa Beach. The living and bedroom rooms were spacious, the beds were very comfortable. Loved the Lanai very roomy it wrapped around condo. We ate breakfast there every morning. The grounds are very well maintained. The activities(Yoga and Water Aerobics) offered were great! Love that they offer shuttle to shooping area....
