Our family of four stayed for 3 nights in Hale Nanea Cottage. The location was convenient to downtown Hana as well as local beaches (Hamoa and Koki). There was a tropical flower arrangement in the living room and a platter of home-grown fruits and banana bread on the kitchen table upon our arrival. The apple bananas were our favorite --...

We fortunately visit Hana every year...and love spending a week in this well designed cottage built for two! Very quiet, super close to incredibly beautiful Hamoa Beach, and on the road to O'Heo Gulch. On the family compound, but very private! Wendy and Otto are super about both giving you your space and being helpful and friendly on your terms....

We loved our stay at Paradise Cottages. We stayed in the green cottage. The unit was very new, must have been built within the last 3 years, and was in excellent condition. The room came with some fruit picked from the property and even had cable with a TV and DVD player. The layout of the unit was perfect, small...

We loved this cottage!!! My husband and I ended our Maui vacation spending 2 nights in Hana. Great way to relax and enjoy the beautiful beaches and people of Hana! The cottage was beautiful. Great location. Beautiful beaches! We could hear the ocean waves at night with great ocean breezes! Loved the outdoor shower. Fresh fruit but no banana bread...

The cottage is wonderful. Well appointed and equipped. Perfect for a couple. Near Hana Town and very well located. We are very pleased that we did not try to do the Hana road round trip in one day and stayed two nights. Plenty to do in the area with terrific beaches.

Stayed for two nights in Hala Nanea (three people) and it wasn't long enough. Spotlessly clean and quiet two-bedroom cottage with an open layout. The lanai has a view of the ocean and we spent mornings sipping coffee and watching the water. Fans in rooms worked well and were very quiet. The furniture was actually comfortable, too. The bathroom was...

We loved the cottage. Love is in the details and every detail was filled with love. We were greeted with fruit and banana bread too, which was a lovely touch. I loved the surroundings of country, roosters, ocean in far distance. The only issue we had was that the night we were there we experience some serious disturbances with animals in...

Just spend a week in July 2014 on our honeymoon at the Bamboo cottage. It was an excellent time and the cottage was top notch. Would highly recommend the Bamboo cottage to honeymooners (or any couple for that matter) who want a secluded, quiet Maui experience. We're from the Midwest and lead busy lives and the time in Hana gave...

I am writing this from our lanai at the cottage. As I write I can see the Big Island, a rainbow, several rain showers and a herd of cattle. We are about 5 miles past Hana and two from Hamoa Beach. The Venus Pool is just down the road. The cottage is comfortable and breezy, furnished with just the right...

Rather than trying to do the "Road to Hana" in one day, we stayed two nights at Hana Paradise Cottages and this allowed us to spend time on the beaches and to explore the Seven Pools area. We really loved our cottage at Hana Paradise Cottages - the kitchen was extremely well stocked, and everything was spotlessly clean. We were...

“Quiet, remote and beautiful. Great way to spend a couple of relaxing days. We enjoyed the drive on the road to Hana. Glad we didn't have to turn around and drive back on the same day. We took the road all around the island. The back side was so beautiful and remote! Do not drive if fear of heights and narrow roads!”

“We stayed in the Hale Nanea cottage, which was lovely. Be aware that it is going to be very warm and humid in this area though. This was such a clean and lovely cottage - we enjoyed it!”
