My partner and I spent the night in the "Hideaway" suite during our trip to Hana. Tom was very accommodating to us, let us know where to eat in the area. The room itself is very nice. One bedroom suite with a shower/bath. Queen size bed, coffee machine, microwave and fridge. Everything you would need for a night or two...

We stayed in the Lani Makaalae Studio for one night so we didn't have to make the entire Road to Hana trip in one day. Tom was a very welcoming host and made sure we had what we needed for our stay. The room itself was well equipped with a fridge, microwave, hot plate, pots, pans, etc. It was right...

Realize that this accommodation is just a cabin and it is attached to the owner’s residence. It is a small studio with a fridge and a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker and some utensils. There is no air conditioning, but it does have a large fan positioned over the queen bed. It is also quite close to the road,...

The husband and I stayed in the Hideaway Cottage for one night and i would stay here again no problem! The room and bathroom were clean, the mini fridge and kitchen appliances/dishware were helpful. We didn't use the hibachi(small bbq) on the porch but there is one available. The owner was extremely nice and welcoming but didn't bother or come...

Our family of 6 (grandparents, daughter/ son-in law, 2 year old and 5 month old grandchildren) stayed in the 3 bedroom cottage for 3 nights. With 3 nights it allowed us time to explore Hana at a leisurely pace. We spent one day hiking up 2 miles to view the bamboo forest and a spectacular water fall ( the trail...

We stayed in the hideaway cottage for 1 night as we were driving the road to Hana, we were recommended the property by another rental place, and it was the last place we could get any where to stay apart from the Travaasa which was about 5 times the price! The cottage, is quiet basic, no air con, but has...

We really do NOT recommend a one-day roundtrip to Hana ... and this is a GREAT spot that will take reservations for one-night stays. The staff is super ... the accommodations are more than adequate ... the kitchen is fairly well equipped ... and all is very clean and nicely maintained. Our building (Lani Too Cottage) was not air conditioned...

My daughter and I stayed for one night in The Hideaway. Tom was very friendly and helpful with advice on where to get dinner and local sights. It is difficult to find one night accommodations on the 'Road to Hana'. This was one of the only places I could find, as most have a 2 night minimum stay, and we...

Stayed in Kihei for 5 nights and decided to make the drive to Hana. But instead of driving back like most, I overnighted in this great, quaint town. And the Hana Accommodations were just as quaint and amazing. I was in the studio and enjoyed the entire experience. Not only does the stay allow you to experience more in the...

We wanted to stay 1 night in Hana while on Maui. Very hard to find accommodations, but we lucked into this little gem. The pictures and descriptions on the website are accurate. We stayed in the Hideaway...comfortable bed, basic bathroom, dorm-room type kitchen. Small fridge, coffee pot, basic dishes. Don't plan on cooking there, but perfect for a breakfast of...
