This is a condo complex that is in an excellent location. It is not fancy or high end so if you do not expect luxury it's a great place to be. The o Ean is across the road and you can walk for miles in either direction. The sunsets are spectacular at this beach, and the neighborhood is safe and...

The condo is #106 and here are some of the issues I had: 1. There were tiny bugs on the floor of the front bathroom and bedroom. They got on my clothes which were kept on a table since there were no dressers. 2. The chairs supplied for beach use were falling apart. 3. The shower water temperature was not...

This is a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo. in a medium end complex as apposed to a high end. Price is good. Every unit is different. My unit was updated, had an ocean view from the lanai. Location is great. In South Kihei

We came as a group of 7, 4 adults and 3 kids aged 13-10. It is an old condo but well-maintained. None of the units have a beach view but we could walk (7 min from our unit) to the beautiful beach across the road and a 20-30min walk or 5 min drive to restaurants and surf shops. I say...

I've stayed at many condos in Hawaii and this one really was lacking. Long, long walk to the beach. Small, unimpressive pool. Cupboards missing. Possible rat poop in the condo. Door locks hardly worked. One bedroom had a curtain as door. Lanai tiny and poor view. i won't stay here in the future but Maui always gets a big thumbs...

We had a great stay at this complex! The beach Kamaole III is located directly across the street, however this complex is located far back from the main road so that you do not have the noise that I have experienced at another complex in Kihei. There are quite a few restaurants nearby to choose from. Many within walking distance....

We rented a C unit this past March at Kihei Shores and we couldn't have been more happy with our choice. I believe all units are individually owned and therefore some have been renovated and some not. The unit we stayed in was beautifully renovated. Granite counter tops, comfortable beds, large screen Tv. The works. The complex has a nicely...

We attempted to stay in unit #G-101 in this older rundown apartment complex (this is an apartment complex) for 4 nights while on a business/vacation. The unit is tucked away in the bottom corner of an apartment complex. It is very difficult to even see that you are at the correct unit because of the security screen covering the door....

My family stayed in Kihei shores from Dec 21 to Jan 11. Our condo was clean, well appointed and airy and large. Our property manager was attentive and the office at the complex was helpful getting us situated. The complex was just perfect for us. It is not like other condo complexes in Kihei in that the units are well...

We stayed in Doug H's condo in the A block, booked from HomeAway.com (for the first time ever) When we entered the condo it was a huge relief to see it was exactly as shown on the website. The owner was incredibly helpful, location was good, as they said below, parking directly across from the condo. Fully stocked kitchen, towels,...

“As the buildings in this complex border parking lots of other resort condominium complexes I would choose a unit that is in the centre of the complex so that you have no noise issues in the early morning hours with airport pick ups etc. F building is steps to the new barbecue area & a one minute walk up to the pool and very quiet.”
