Love the responsiveness of staff, the keys worn as wrist band, cleanliness of property, and quiet hallways and rooms. Did not hear any noise from neighboring rooms. I definitely recommend the hotel, and would happily return to this hotel in the future.
The Hyatt Regency Maui is a wonderful resort. The entire staff was welcoming and friendly. The room was absolutely perfect and the view breathtaking. All of needs were met and we will be returning next year.
The Hyatt was great. Room was exactly what we needed. The pool was great. The ocean was quite rough the days we were there so snorkeling wasn’t the best which was a bummer but there was plenty of things to keep us busy. The drinks at the resort were great! The steakhouse on site was delicious and the pool side cafe was great as well.
Great stay ! Located beachfront on Kaanapali in Lahaina, we enjoyed our weeklong stay. Beautiful ocean views, very comfortable beds, great service. Love the eco friendly changes from providing reusable water bottles with ice and water stations ro the easy to use towel caddies. Lush green property with penguins, birds and a great pool with a swim up bar, waterfall and slide. Our teenagers worked out in the ocean front gym every night and in enjoyed walking and running along the beach. Food is expensive for dinner at the hotel but hey it’s a beachfront resort in Maui. Overall, a great stay.
Great hotel. Great amenities, including a fitness center and a suspension bridge over the pool! Skip, skip, skip eating at the resort -- the service is horrific, the food is both expensive, and, well awful at the restaurants. Buffet is good for a one time visit, but is expensive and the same day after day and the service is horrible -- long wait for coffee, if it comes at all, packaged condiments that are hit or miss, and many times, you have to find your own clean cups and cutlery. The resort area in this part of Maui is nice with shops and other resort restaurants, but very, very crowded. Many families ordered in food which looked much more appetizing. The resort is in a great location for exploring Maui. A car is critical if you want to explore the beaches which are incredible. Bring your own snorkels. Great hotel. Great trip. …
Beautiful resort with excellent customer service! The staff makes you feel so welcome. Pools are big and beautiful, food on property is average to good. Ulianas shaved ice on property! Had one every day!!! the rooms were roomy, we had adjoining rooms with our kids which was perfect for us to have privacy but still feel together. small fridge for snacks, coffee, hot tea. REALLY wish we had a microwave to heat up dinner left overs. This property has been updated and is modern and very nice! Beautiful birds everyday to see in atrium, penguins. Great coffee shop, shaded seating overlooking ocean, pool bar and restraurant. Beach to snorkel.
From the moment you pull in the driveway to when you sadly depart, you feel we’ll taken care of at this resort. Everyone is helpful, the food and drinks delicious, and the views spectacular! The luau was a blast as well!! This place exudes aloha!
Beautiful hotel on great location. Very clean and comfortable room. Small fridge in room a plus. 4 star given as no microwave which would have been nice to have as food is very expensive and rooms not very well insulated, could hear loud closing of neighbor doors and people laughing/talking outside of our room when trying to sleep.
Great Property - Great Location - Awesome Views - Amazing Service - however... we had significant challenges getting reservations, the menus at the nicer restaurants were still limited due to COVID, the food at the nicer restaurants was over priced and of medium quality. The poolside restaurant (Umalu) was our saving grace as it had consistent quality and somewhat reasonable menu.
Very far from the Maui airport. We appreciated the small Japanese-style garden above the inlet containing the swans. The Drums of the Pacific Luau was a little touristy-corny, but this was easy to tolerate in view of the quality of the performance. The luau food was extensive, and OK in taste and temperature, and the server was attentive. The guest service rep was very helpful. The shuttle to downtown Lahaina was $3 per person, and was OK. We greatly enjoyed the Atlantis submarine based in Lahaina
