We booked 11 rooms for our employees. We paid full price for the rooms and resort fees in advance hoping to have a smooth trip. At check in it was a mess, the front desk did not know how to apply the credits. We had employees being charged and then having to track credits even after check out a week later. I would not recommend the Hyatt of Maui for large groups. Its embarrassing as a business owner. You want your employees to have a worry free expense paid trip to reward them for their hard work, go elsewhere. I spoke to 4 different front desk people and none of them could resolve the issue. I ended up giving up and paying more to just end the madness. I emailed my contact Ruth in accounting several times while at the property and she never responded . Great property, horrible staff!

Best trip we have ever taken. Hotel was doing some renovations but we didn’t even notice until the third day. Very clean super nice staff and wonderful experience. Doesn’t hurt that it was the best view in the world. Staff upgraded our room to ocean view and it was so nice. Would go back to this hotel.

Staff was accommodating of room upgrade and late checkout. Rooms were clean with a great view. Food at pool and restaurants was great with the exception of price, as is the case at any of these locations. Somewhat secluded since at the end of the area, but still only a short walk to Whalers Village.

We had a wonderful time during our second stay at the Hyatt. Even with Covid, the hotel and staff did a great job making our stay great. We wish the Kid's Camp was open and the hotel could have done a better job communicating that on the website before we booked. But overall we had a fun vacation.

great resort, love the remodel and the service was very good. The pool and outside attractions (gardens, birds, etc) were wonderful. The gym is a b it of a walk and is way too strict on making folks working out wear masks during their workouuts
