I booked this through hotels.com, and the pictures included on the listing there look misleading. Are they stock photos? Are they photos of one or two of the condos that have been updated and modernized? Honestly, I wasn't expecting much because of the location and the price (it was the cheapest deal I could find). But, I spent an average...

Nice condos, right on the beach! Walking distance to farmers market and other amenities. While there is no AC, open the windows, doors and turn on the ceiling fans, and the cool ocean breeze with the soothing sound of the waves crashing against the moonlit shore lull us to a peaceful slumber every evening.

This is a low rise condo building in Kahana. It sits right on the ocean and a good number of the condos have ocean views. (Only if you pay for it and it says "ocean view") Like many condos in Maui these are individually owned so you don't really know what you are going to get until you check in....

Make sure you research what room you will be getting prior to booking. We booked through a travel agent in Vancouver. Our room(213) was terrible. The carpet was disgusting, old, damp, stained and looked like it was still the original. Light fixtures didn't work, some coming out of the ceiling. Not sure what the mattress was made of, cardboard maybe?...

Aloha and mahalo for staying with us. You can also visit the Castle Resort website when making reservations and choose which condo you prefer to staying in. Each condo on property is individually owned and decorated.

This was our first trip to Maui. My cousins coming from the US and me coming from New Zealand. It didn't seem quite fair travel time wise but hey it's Hawaii so I didn't complain too much. The Paki Maui was a great place to stay. The condo we had was bigger than my flat back at home. It had...

Friends and I booked a two bedroom condo for the week. The views of the ocean from our balcony were incredible. I went snorkeling in front of our condo and saw beautiful fish, sea urchins and some coral just a few feet away. The pool and hot tub are great and there were 2 gas BBQs and a charcoal BBQ....

First, this property and other properties tack on fees that they don't mention elsewhere. We booked through Kayak and tapped the 'include all fees/taxes' option and when we arrived at this resort they still had fees to tack on. One of these was a cleaning fee. However, this isn't for cleaning your room while you're there (like a hotel would)...

Aloha and mahalo for staying with us. We are very sorry for the confusion of the check out cleaning fee that all guest pay. Please contact the company you booked your reservation with your concerns of their "hidden fees". Please forgive us for missing the bath mat when returning to your condo. We hope you may be able to return...

Too many ants in my room and want to charge me for a company to spray ants. After the spray still ants, but no other place to go I have to stay. The photo looks very nice but hot disappointed where we stay. The staff very nice, just the ants kept coming.

Our planned trip to Maui to visit my grandmother turned scary when she took a nasty fall and hit her head. The fantastic staff at Castle Paki Maui were wonderful. Not only did they handle a last-minute shift in our original schedule without complaint, but they were wonderful when my grandmother took a turn for the worse and we had...

We originally booked a room w/garden view- Outdated (pink carpet) & unbearably HOT. We upgraded to a ocean front room, which was updated & cooler due to ocean breezes. (There is NO A/C at all at Castle Paki Maui, which was unclear when we made reservations!) Staff was very helpful & friendly, brought each member of my family their own...

Aloha and mahalo for staying with us at Castle Resorts Paki Maui, we are so glad you enjoyed the oceanfront views and all the creatures of the sea. Many condos on Maui do not have AC, most guest do enjoy the nice ocean breezes and trade winds that flow through the condos.
