We stayed in a 2 bedroom end unit with a group of friends. We come to Maui annually and this is the first time we all said let's rent this same unit again. If you love to snorkel and want to be on the water close to some of the best spots, this is the place. Super chill, nicely furnished, next to a turtle resting beach. Some great snorkling and turtle viewing right out the door. Will be back here again for sure.

Our stay was far short of perfect. We booked Unit 302 at Noelani in Maui using My Perfect Stays and could not have been more disappointed by the experience. Our usual spot (Kulakane) was repairing their pool during our planned stay and we needed to find an alternative. We chose this unit (which defaulted to My Perfect Stays management) as it was in the same area and offered 3 bedrooms. The cost (during the same period) was almost TWICE what we would have paid at the Kulakane. Beyond the outrageous expense (which included ridiculous fees), this organization was customer unfriendly. We made multiple attempts (including the day of arrival) to get an earlier (before their 4PM 'standard') check-in as we were traveling with an elderly parent. Each time, they offered no flexibility and only, on our last attempt, explained this was due to their need to ensure the condo was fully prepared for our arrival (even though the unit had not been booked for 3 days prior to our check-in). Ironically, the first thing we noticed upon check-in (after 4PM) was that there was a total of 1 full roll of (very cheap, 1-ply) toilet paper to cover 3 bathrooms and 5 guests! Of course, the office was closed by then and we were only able to get more by calling the emergency number (My Perfect Stays had nothing to do with resolving this issue). Once settled in, we were presented with a set of cautionary rules and guidelines all including threats of additional fees if we did not comply. The day of check-out another email was sent reinforcing all of OUR responsibilities in cleaning the unit thoroughly (despite the $400 cleaning charge!) prior to departure. All of this and the unit paled in comparison to any we've stayed in at the Kulakane - it was severely dated, very worn and in desperate need of an update. We're relieved that we have the Kulakane to return to as I'd NEVER book through My Perfect Stays again and recommend anyone else avoid them as well.…

Very dated, horrible pea-green shag carpet from the 60's. So dirty, I had to use my asthma meds the whole week. No beach equipment offered. Bedrooms on street side have windows open to the walkway, so they needto be shut. very dim light, like sleeping inside a box. Great views from the condos. Beach is actually a bit of a walk to get to the sandy party.

Host canceled my reservation days before check-in, while I was already in Hawaii on a different island. Last minute booking at a different location cost me an additional $2,000 and the host provided $180 for my trouble. Not a “super host” at all. Be careful when booking.

We had a fabulous noelani, Maui vacation. We were noelani guests in condo #112...our home away from home 2/2/2021- 3/17/2021. Julie Bak is a wonderful manager. Her daily smiles are contagious as she chats with visitors during her property checks. Candy, Laurie, Amy, Daniel all feel like family. Covid mandates were in forced, security walked the property several times in the evening and night...We were safe and cared for. We have been grateful, annual noelani guests 30+ years. We LOVE the Noelani and look forward to our annual trip. This year we were concerned about what to expect during Covid (we barely made it home last year before things changed for Maui). We were pleasantly surprised and comforted by Maui's travel requirements and Noelani's onsite requirements. While somewhat restrictive they were not "over the top" and everyone tried to remember to adhere to mask requirements. Sometimes we'd forget, but for the most part we all tried to mask up as we walked the property to take trash/recycle out or to visit the turtles. Julie (manager) typically walked the property a couple of times during the day - always wearing her mask. Daniel (maintenance) was there everyday cleaning pool and sanitizing each and every chair. Cannot say enough about how diligent he is and always wearing his mask. Laurie (housekeeping) always had a friendly wave and quick hello and again always with her mask on. I truly felt for these employee's having to wear their mask in the HEAT and working, but they did it daily without complaint. So glad to see Amy again on the weekends too! Made us feel right at home with her typical ALOHA spirit (even in a mask). The night security guard was awesome as well. Came by every night several times to make sure all was secure. Good job. Already looking forward to next year. HOPE AND PRAY our Canadian friends make it back next year - THEY WERE TRULY MISSED!…

These condos are something else. The property is heavenly. Large sea turtles right outside resting in the afternoon sun, whales straight out view from your room, and peaceful setting. We have stayed in a lot of the condos and have no negative comments. The staff are wonderful and its hard to leave at the end of your stay. Its just everything you would want in a vacation in Maui. Can't get enough!

We love this place! It's comprised of 3 low level buildings where all condo units face the ocean. The waves break all day of the lava rock breakwall which was about 20 ft from our 1st floor patio - - very rare proximity on Maui! There are 2 pools and a hot tub and plenty of turtles on the small beach park next door and in the tidal pools below. Being centrally located it's a short drive to Lahaina or Kapalua. This was our 2nd stay and we've already booked for next year!!

This is our favorite on Maui. Right on the ocean with all amenities. Close to restaurants, other beaches, etc. Full kitchen and washer dryer in our unit. Free parking and wi-fi and cable television. Oh, and lots of turtles.

Noelani is a special place. We’ve stayed here several times over the past ten years. Each time we are charmed by its location right on the water (many turtles, many surfers, many whales!), its small size and friendly vibe, its idyllic pool and hot tub, its views across to Moloka’i, its efficient and easy-going staff — and its concierge, Bruce. Although we have heard his welcoming presentation every time we’ve come, and much of it is a repeat (although there’s always valuable new tips!), we wouldn’t think of missing him. His knowledge is incredible, he knows all the best deals (including where to park in Lahaina!), and he is over-the-top positive about Maui, and also a very funny guy. It’s a great way to start our vacation on Maui! After listening to Bruce and talking with him (very easy to talk with), we are always totally pumped to enjoy Maui to the fullest. We always book at least several things with him— luaus, whale watches, dinner cruises — all excellent, all at the best prices. Noelani is special, in part because it has the best concierge on Maui!
