We offer a nourishing living campus of relaxing beauty for individuals and groups seeking an educational retreat experience with daily classes and programs in yoga, meditation, healing arts and much more. Retreat reservations include all on-property daily classes, wifi, parking, breakfast and overnight accommodations. Enjoy our saltwater pool, jacuzzi and lower terrace! The Wellness Spa at Lumeria Maui offers opportunities for education and rejuvenation with bodywork and healing arts treatments and lessons. Swimming and surfing beaches are located within 4 miles and the historic towns of Paia and Makawao are less than 5 minutes' drive away in either direction.
The Wooden Crate Restaurant at Lumeria offers our daily continental breakfast buffet, a delicious lunch menu of salads, sandwiches and burgers (with gluten-free, dairy-free, soy-free, vegetarian and vegan options) and a prix fixe, 3-course, Chef's special farm-to-table dinner every evening by reservation.

This resort is a simple and elegant lush jungle getaway in Maui! The pool and hot tub were our favorite spots, as well as just strolling around the grounds. There aren’t any planner activities going on due to Covid, but it is incredibly peaceful and gorgeous.
This place is awful. The rooms don't have AC, hot water doesn't work, the beds and floors are incredibly creeky so you can hear tons of noise coming from the neighboring rooms. Great if you're looking to pay $300+ a night for a hostel quality experience, bad if you want to be comfortable on your vacation to Maui.
Unfortunately this building was very old, beds and floors are incredibly loud when you're moving around, and you can hear everything from the neighboring rooms. The facility is nice on the surface, but your stay will be awful if you plan to sleep at all! Staff is unhelpful, and they don't do any kind of cleaning, making the bed, etc. during your stay - only between guests.
A lovely stay, super authentic Hawaii and great vibes! Very nice pool and sauna, lots of lush plants and so quiet. Great upcountry location, slept with the windows open with a nice breeze. Would love to return after the restaurant reopens.
Lumeria was the most beautiful place we staying during our trip to Maui and Oahu. The landscaping around the property and retro/industrial design was amazing. There is a large yoga building and also a large grassy courtyard for outdoor yoga. If you are looking for a more secluded and peaceful place to stay this place is perfect. Apparently some A list celebrities have stayed here before because of the privacy.
