We liked the old-style look and friendly staff here. Pros: Great oceanfront view on the back of the property and from some rooms. Close to town grocery stores for your kitchenette. Our bathroom was updated and had good water pressure. Cool flow-through breeze. Extra fan. Decent kitchenette and patio dining area. Friendly reception and activities staff. Cons: Don't expect to...

We moved out of Molokai Shores as it was truly horrible to find a lovely, friendly, somewhat dated hotel at Hotel Molokai. Basic rooms with their own balcony and plenty of space. The grounds are immaculate and each unit has louvred windows that catch the cross breeze. There is a nice pool, area and the location is right on the...

Hotel Moloka'i on the south shore is a very pleasant anf friendly place. The rooms are comfortable with amazing flow through ventilation. Our room had a king bed and two single beds so we could have brought a couple of children. The beach is white sand and one can walk a fair distance in either direction. The perimeter reef results...

Very nice stay. Everything is more expensive on this little Island. For the cost, you may be expecting a hotel with more luxury. If you check expectations at the door, I think this is a very nice little hotel! Had an upstairs room with a kitchenette which was perfect for making breakfast before heading out. The beds were comfortable and...

We absolutely adored this hotel! The architecture of the buildings looks like it's right out of Moana! The rooms were simple but clean and comfortable. I'm not sure why anyone traveling to Molokai would expect luxury. We wanted a peaceful experience and that's exactly what we got. The staff were friendly but not intrusive. I am very glad we got...

We felt that the room was expensive for what it was. The room was OK and reasonably clean. The restaurant had closed several days before our arrival and we were not even informed at check in. We were able to go into town for meals but had been looking forward to dinner at the hotel on the water. Had the...

Stayed in a room with one king and two twin beds. twin beds were in a loft that had about 4 foot head room. Basic room with kitchenette and one bathroom. Clean but no frills. Restaurant and bar closed so nearest food is two miles away. Hotel has a van to take you to restaurant but cost $5/pp each way....
