My husband and I have been coming to the Turtle Bay Resort for now 5 years. We love it, he North Shore and our friends here. We also love the Turtle Bay Resort and their amazing staff especially our incredible room staff - "Mama Dela". She takes excellent care of us and is simply the sweetest person. Also her supervision... More

My husband and i spent a week at Turtle Bay in what are called the "Beach Cottages". These accommodations were lovely but they are not cottages and the villas are not villas. Both are in buildings with shared walls which at the cottages limits privacy and the view. That being said the view was fabulous. The best cottages for view... More

Everything about the Turtle Bay Resort was top notch! We stayed in a vista level room and it was worth the extra money spent! The room was beautiful and the daily continental breakfast and afternoon snacks were so nice! The resort is very clean and well maintained. We did horseback riding, surfing and bike rental all arranged seamlessly with the Guidepost... More

We where a group of 9 using multiple rooms and restaurants. Food was always good but the best was Lei Lei's every time. North Shore Kula Grille had good food but the management was non-responsive even when requesting his/her presents over a concern.

Turtle Bay provides a relaxing atmosphere with plenty of restaurant options, outdoor activities, spa, and local excursions to fully enjoy the bounty and beauty of the island. Our room was spacious and well appointed with spectacular views overlooking the ocean and surfers. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. We are planning our return visit!

This trip was a great way & ideal location for getting back to the basics of quality family time, all together. There's always something for everyone in the family to do together. The resort is self contained if you want to stay on the property or venture off for the day, we did both with equally great outcomes. It's a... More

1) The resort charges extra $40 "resort fee" (on top of many other fees and taxes). The fee supposedly covers the parking and internet and the gym, etc. 2) nonetheless, all gym classes are extra $. 3) Food is mediocre. Waits can be long. Price is too high for the quality. 4) Balcony door blown away by the wind at... More

The resort is located in the North Shore area of Oahu. It is as far as you can get in Oahu from Honolulu. This is true not only geographically but also in the solitude and ambiance. While the toad from Honolulu (a 45 minute drive) can be quite congested with surf boarders when the high waves are running, once you... More

The hotel is situated on an amazing part of the coastline that is spectacular. When you enter the lobby, floor to celing glass introduces you to a stunning view of the Bay. However, the staff that greeted us were surly, even hostile and very unwelcoming. As the reviews were mixed our expectations were not high. We stayed in a deluxe... More

We took a staycation to Turtle Bay for Thanksgiving weekend 2016. There were plenty of choices for Thanksgiving dinner and the onsite restaurants were all excellent. We were on the 6th floor with a perfect ocean view. Hearing the ocean and watching the waves roll in was very peaceful and relaxing. Hiking the property was our favorite activity. Truly a... More
