The review is overdue from a previous stay, but had to share the positive experience. Our young family had the perfect holiday, and the 2 bedroom unit has enough space for us, the kids, and grandma - without feeling cramped! The kitchen was stocked and had everything we needed for making our meals to save some $ while on island.... More

What a fantastic review and, by the way, a "positive" late one is still fantastic to us. Your response will be very helpful to families with small children, as the Aulani didn't always allow patrons from other properties. Honu--Lagoon 2 (the lagoon just in front of the Beach Villas) was named "Best Beach on Oahu" by our own local residents... More

Staying at the KoOlina Beach Villas. Lovely accommodations. We have a three bdrm 3 bathroom 7th floor Villa. Ocean view. Fully upgraded kitchen and a BBQ outdoors if you want. Quiet place. No other amenities but Marriott right next door for restaurants when we don't want to cook.

Mahalo for your comments. We understand that the Beach Villas may be planning a simple eatery on property. We have heard many who wish for restaurant dining and don't care to cook, so we'll look into the possibility of having a service deliver dishes from our neighboring restaurants. Thanks for feeding us the idea! More

We visit Hawaii regularly and were looking for somewhere on Oahu, away from the hussle and bussle of Waikiki. We wanted somewhere where we could self-cater and bbq. Well, we found the perfect spot at The Beach Villas. We have just returned from a fabulous week there. We booked through Ola Properties and their communication was faultless. We were sent... More

Wow, thanks for the great reviews! Your comments have given us the idea of creating a map for our guests that will show them all the neighboring places to eat and shop. We will start developing that concept right away. Great news, there are new restaurants opening every month at Kapolei Commons and Kamakana Alii Shopping Center. I just went... More

Lovely privately owned condos. Away from the hectic and traffic-ridden Honolulu. Perfect cove for playing in the water and not crowded like The Aulani or the Marriot next door. Everyone was so friendly that we encountered, great relaxing vacation. Would definitely return in the future

Mahalo for your comments. Ko Olina Resort will always be peaceful and tranquil, even when it is full built out. The master developer's vision is to limit the number of large buildings there so that there would be a different feel from Waikiki. The four man made lagoons are self-cleaning, and safe for families. The resort is self-contained with activity,... More

From the quiet pool to the fun pool to the Lagoon... All wonderful. Snorkeling floating swimming relaxing. Truly idyllic. Accommodations excellent close too many nice restaurants. Get here now before they build the new Atlantis next door. 2 years plus for construction.

Absolutely, come now! Affordable rates are available during the Spring & Fall months, and tend to be higher during the family travel months (Spring Break, Summer, Holiday). There are a handful of Property Managers that you can choose from, and even more private individual owners. Come stay at the Beach Villas now, before Ko Olina Resort changes again. More

Just spent 3 weeks at the Beach Villas and just loved it! We love Ko'Olina and stayed at the Marriot next door when my eldest was 18months. Tried to book there again as its perfect location with the lagoon but they wanted $1000 USD for a 2 bedroom (coming from Australia so with the doller not so fabulous right now,... More

Although this review is 3 years late, I feel the need to share my experience. I started planning for a trip to Hawaii in August 2012. I looked for hotel accommodations on the island of Oahu. My husband wanted to stay off the beaten path so I did some researching and found Ko Olina. I called the resort and the... More

Mahalo for your comments. It is very refreshing for all of us that work with the Beach Villas to hear how important it was to you to share your experience with everyone. Staying here for a wedding. Condo units are very nice and well equipped with modern appliances. Pool and beach areas are excellent and the the fitness center is excellent. Aloha and mahalo for your comments. The Beach Villas are conveniently located, surrounded by shops, restaurants and activities. Ko Olina Resort is self-contained so there really is no reason to leave. We are hoping that on your next visit there will be much more (delivery) services available to you, like grocery delivery, restaurant delivery, and the like. Mahalo once again... More

Loved this place. It's quiet and secure - and oasis on Oahu! There's two pools, perfect for adults and kids and access to the beach... And even a Tiki bar for cocktails. The units are gorgeous! We stayed at a two bedroom condo unit over the Christmas new year season. It should be the busiest time of the year. The neighbouring Disney and Marriot resorts are packed. However, the Beach Villas were just an oasis from the crowds. Probably, there are big rooms ar the Beach Villas with less visitors. Our oceanview unit is equipped with... More

Aloha and mahalo for sharing your stay with all of us. Yes, the holidays are a busy time for Oahu. While it is a busy time for the Beach Villas too, it doesn't necessarily feel as full as the other properties in Ko Olina. This is primarily because the Beach Villas is a condominium resort, where many owners come for... More
