Bellows can be thoroughly enjoyed; keep in mind, its not a luxury 5-star accommodations. Its as good as can be for a beachfront cabin or condo stay. Can't beat the price. Because it is for military personnel only, entry is quite secure. Its very quiet at night. Lots of security presence. Rules regarding grills, quiet time, canopies, trash, etc keep...

We live about 15 minutes away in Hawaii Kai and wanted to stay at Bellows for sometime. We stayed 2 nights...Sunday and Monday nights in the newer Condo Units...which have central a/c. This is what we observed during our stay. The Very Good: FABULOUS ocean views and very soft, whiter sand beach that is clean. Lifeguards and several bath houses...

Deep blue water, consistent waves and a clean beach made Bellows a refreshing change from overcrowded and dirty Waikiki where we were staying. At Bellows, there is a shoppette, Subway and showers/changing rooms. We enjoyed the day there.

Long, beautiful beach with few people. Cabins could use updating but the gorgeous scenery and low price makes up for that. Such a relaxing vacation, but also close to Hanauma Bay snorkeling Beach, other scenic beaches,

We stayed in a renovated cabin. It was not on the oceanfront but very nice. A peaceful get away for military families with a gorgeous beach. Housekeeping and Front Desk go out of their way to accommodate your needs.

Bellows Beach is the most beautiful on the island, and the cabins are a great bargain. They are simple but have all the necessary amenities (microwave, coffee maker, full kitchen with cookware and dishes, ceiling fans, wifi, and a great outdoor patio with picnic table, chairs, and a bbq grill). They are far from luxurious, but for the price you...

I didn't stay on Bellows, by visited during the day. There are several different types of accommodations ranging from campsites to cabins and things. I'm sure what everyone comes forbid the sun and the beach. It's a very beautiful place with Air Force fingerprints all over it.

Best vacation ever. Loved the beach. Sand was silken, no rocks, anyone could go barefoot. Floated in the ocean waves for 1.5 hours each time I would swim, effortlessly. The water a beautiful blue with such clarity. Folks who take care of the base cabins are very kind and helpful. Great trip and will definitely be one of my fondest...

My family visited Oahu in March, 2016. We stayed 5 days at the Hale Koa Military Hotel in Honolulu and 5 days at Bellows. They were two different experiences and I recommend booking your stay in Hawaii at both properties if you can. The Hale Koa was at Waikiki Beach - it was very busy with lots of people and...

Bellows beach cottages are great. They come equipped with everything you need, in the kitchen, the bbq pit, a line outside to dry your clothes, bathing suits and towel. It is fully furnished which includes a sofa bed. It's a great place to spend family time and a quiet time with a significant other. I love this place.
