Forget about all negative comment especially if you don't mind staying "Value for money" accommodation in a good location. Only few minutes walk from the beach, ABC store and local restaurants. The room was old and worn out, you need to bring your own tooth brushes and paste, and beach towels too. Wifi was not good.

Our stay was quite pleasant. The hotel is ideally located at the heart of Guam's tourist haven, Tumon Bay, with everything within walking distance to the restaurants, bars, SandCastle, Pleasure Island, DFS, ABC stores and the beach, which is around 5 minutes walk across the hotel. The Bus Stop is just outside the hotel. Spacious lobby...Two very good restaurants in...

Completely disagree with the 'okay' reviews and pictures shown for this hotel. I asked for wake up calls each day, and never got a the call; when I checked in, there was no where to park in their lot and told ;;just drive around and around until someone pulls out and grab that spot; there was no hairdryer and told...

The best thing about the hotel was the staff and cleanliness of the hotel. They were very friendly and helpful....

If you want to pay cheap price to get good location, free wifi in room. Here is your choice. The room just not bad, but the staff are very friendly and nice. I pay this price cannot expect have coffee, breakfest and 5 star hotel room. I enjoy to stay here because I am a backpacker.

Located in a strategic location with helpful front desk staff and late check-out time (12 noon). However the rooms we stayed were run down with rusty bathtubs, damaged taps and cracks on the toilet walls. Air-conditioning units in the rooms produced weird noises when the temperature was turned up. No air-conditioning along corridors, no wireless internet facility nor breakfast which...
