Beautiful modern cottages. Everything--appliances, decor, flooring-- up to date. Beautiful cove location on the quiet side of MDI. A medium sized negative: "free" kayaks, but limited avalability. When we stayed, only half the cottages were rented, but no kayaks available. Solution: buy more kayaks!!
Three of us (dad and my sister) stayed here this past long weekend. Incredibly clean, cozy and within driving distance of Acadia National Park and Bar Harbor shopping. Even though it was cooler outside we really enjoyed walking along the beach. Loved the large lobster...More
Have spent a summer week at Seaside Cottages for the last 15 years. Quiet shorefront location. Great for canoe or kayak launch on private beach. Cottages are nicely appointed with fully equipped kitchens. Highly recommended.
Lovely place. Very clean and quiet. Carroll & Gail keep the grounds well-maintained, the cabins well furnished and the atmosphere is very welcoming.
The area provides easy access to everything on the Island.

Don't kayak on Long Pond where the kayak rentals are. The wind on the way back is a killer.
