What a terrific stay we had. We stayed in the smallest room, on the top floor (there are three levels so if you've big, heavy suitcase, be prepared to carry them up the stair yourselves), and it was perfect: roomy enough and with a skylight, and so beautifully appointed--just like the rest of the gorgeous inn. Refreshments were served every...

This was our first visit to Maine and our experience at the Inn was exceptional! Roger and Pat were so accommodating and made us feel so welcome. Their breakfasts were fabulous and lovely everyday. The pancakes Pat made were out of this world!!! Our room and bed was so comfy and relaxing, they thought of all the comforts to make...

I went there 2 times and it was GREAT! Pat & Roger, the owners, are very nice and friendly. The breakfasts are very good and different every morning. The 2 rooms are comfortable and nicely decorate with a lot of little details. And we can walk everywhere in Bar Harbor from Graycote Inn. JUST PERFECT!

We tried to find lodging for our last minute plan to visit Acadia NP/Bar Harbor. The highly rated ones according to TripAdvisor or other sites were long fully booked. I stumbled on this B&B on TripAdvisor with great rating but only available for 2 of the evenings. After calling the inn, I was so happy to have all the lodging...

This place was so cozy and warm. the room we stayed in had an awesome king sized bed and little balcony, which made for an awesome sunset. The Graycote Inn is right in the center of...

The Graycote inn is an exceptional B&B, tucked away on a quiet Bar Harbor Street but within an easy walk of most restaurants and shops, and a short drive to all that Acadia offers. Hosts Roger and Pat are warm, engaging, and knowledgable about all the regions activities and attractions. They have decorated the inn in a way that is...

Roger is a very accommodating, and expect to see him making sure that your breakfast and stay at the Graycote goes well. At times he is a little pedagogic but in a good way. We really enjoyed our stay and would like to have stayed longer. Thanks Roger. Stairways are not made for tall people, so beware. Our room was...

My husband and I have stayed here annually for the last 5 years. The Innkeepers are still amazing, the rooms restful, and breakfast healthy and fulfilling. I can't imagine staying any where else. The location continues to be perfect for spending the day in Bar Harbor or as home base for visiting the rest of the island. We can easily...

Everything exceeded our expectations from the very first phone call with one of the owners, roger. Pat and Roger were bastions of knowledge about the area--where to eat, where to shop, what to do. The inn was beautiful and cozy. No detail was not considered by Roger and Pat. Rooms were warm and inviting-everything clean and fresh. Bathrooms were the...
