Lovely and quiet place on the "edge" of Bar Harbor. We could walk downtown, but definitely felt like we were staying "in the woods." Denise and Bob are friendly and helpful hosts. The apartment unit was spacious and offered a well equipped kitchen. This was one of the few apartment/cottage rentals I was able to find (one month out from the...

We had a 1 bedroom suite that was very roomy, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped, complete with dishwasher. The location is very convenient to downtown Bar Harbor and Acadia National Park. Just be advised that they don't accept credit cards for payment.

We stayed in a very spacious, well maintained, one bed suite on the second floor. Had all the equipment we needed, including free wifi. Only one drawback - credit cards only accepted through a Paypal account.

I don't think I've stayed at a nicer place before. The one-bedroom suite we rented was surprisingly huge and the staff were very friendly and accommodating. Plus, the location is superb - so close to shopping and Acadia. From now on, this is the first place I'll look whenever I go back to the Bar Harbor area.

We enjoyed our stay in a well kept, lovely and friendly place So much so that we added another night . The suits are very generous size wise' well equipped, so if one chooses to cook in ' it's possible. We prefered to eat out Close enough to park entrance and main streets of the town.

This is a wonderful complex of suites run by charming innkeepers. I wish my house was as well-maintained as these buildings are! We stayed in the 2 bedroom and it was very comfortable and immaculately clean. Town is an easy walk, cutting through a ball field/park, so you get the benefits of being able to walk to everything but a...

Comfortable, clean and spacious, these lovely suites are minutes walk from restaurants & shops, but you wouldn't know it. They are situated amongst trees at a quiet end of town. We had very hot weather and were concerned before arrival about the lack of a/c, but this was not a problem as the shade of the trees made our one-bedroomed...

That about says it all! We love it! We consider Bob and Denise friends and enjoy seeing them every year. The two-bedroom apartment is just perfect for my family. It's always immaculately clean and well-stocked. It's as comfortable and convenient as being in our own home. Buddy thinks the real reason we keep coming back is to see him!

This was a great place to stay. We took the two bedroom suite and shared it with 5 adults and one child: the space was ample and all were very comfortable. There was a great kitchen and being able to cook (lobster) helped us to save quite a bit of money. Everything that one could possibly need to cook was...
