My wife and I had a incredible time at this well placed beautiful hotel. Connected to the east and west mall and placed between multiple fantastic restaurants. Would recommend to all friends and family looking to visit the area!

Devil is in the details. Prices up since low of Nov 20 by about 30% but no noticeable service change. Please ditch the coffee machine. It’s not good. Japan knows coffee and has excellent baristas. Please install a decent coffee bar, I’ll pay, I want good coffee though please.

This is the first time i have stayed at this hotel since it was renovated and they did a great job. The lobby is broken up nicely into well spaced conversation areas with lots of light. The bar is only open 4 nights a week so we did not experience that part of the lobby. The adjoining restaurant is a great high end Thai restaurant and their regular restaurant is not open at this time. Luckily it is located in Japan Town so there is a plethora of restaurants just steps away. Rooms are nicely renovated and serve well. I will be staying here during all my visits throughout my project duration.

With a great location nestled in Japan town it is within walking distance to some of the best, newest, and old world classics in food and entertainment! This hotel is a gem and without a doubt one of my highest recommendations in all of San Francisco. You can even put on a light jacket in your walking shoes and travel through downtown, fisherman‘s wharf, Golden Gate Park, everything is within convenience. The hotel itself is absolutely gorgeous. With new age decoration and modern Asian charm. The breakfast is a quick grab and go which we enjoyed. But if you are looking for a full spread breakfast this is not the place. As with most things in San Francisco parking can sometimes be difficult but there is plenty of street parking right outside the hotel just make sure you monitor street sweeping signs. When in San Fran will never stay at another hotel again! Even if you can’t stay here definitely pop in for a quick drink at the beautiful bar and just take in the scenery or sit outside in the lovely atrium. You will not be disappointed!
