The rooms smell of stale cigarette. Pretty sure we seen drug deals going on in the 30 minutes we sat in the car park. Felt so unsafe and so many homeless and shady looking people around. Would not recommend to my worst enemy. Stay away!!

Due to the fact that Alexis Park is in San Francisco, this place is $100 more a night on a summer weekend than it should be. That said, you're in San Francisco, it's a weekend night, and it's the summer, so quit whining. And for a motel in this area, the Alexis Park is surprisingly decent. First, it has free...

The Alexis Park all Suite Hotel was a very good place to stay. As with any hotel today they are short staffed but any problems I had were very quickly addressed. I feel that for the money paid it is a great bargain. I like the fact that this is a non gaming hotel so children do not have to...

First off, I have never been treated the way I was treated by anyone like the front desk guy treated me and 2 others. He claimed to be a manager with such bad customer service. Multiple charges was charged on me and a friends cards after the guy told us he couldn't charge 2 cards. He was very rude to...

I do not know where to begin to explain the horrible experience I have ever witnessed at any hotel. I have worked in the hotel business for almost 3 years at 3 different properties and I have travelled and stayed at many hotels. The man running this property was rude from the beginning. He was unprofessional and extremely careless. The...

It is a very simple and clean, care for a family, not American, women are cleaning, father and son turns the reception, nothing against, but Mr. X is unsympathetic. Do not be surprised if the breakfast is not what I expected. for those who will do solve shopping, but there are complaints about the delivery service. And as I mentioned,...

KEEP AWAY from this place! These people are dishonest and criminal. After my flight being 3 hours delayed, I arrived at the hotel with no phone in hand. My assiciate made my reservation for me through BOOKING.COM requesting a dark and quiet room. But the truth is this old designed hotel has no back side of rooms to it, so...

This hotel is filthy and located in one of the most dilapidated and dangerous areas of San Francisco. My room was unkempt and the bathroom walls had multiple blood stains. To make things worse, homeless people congregated outside of my window and shouted all night making sleep impossible -- events that were topped off by the junkie that I caught...

We stay in SF every year for the hardly strictly bluegrass festival. We booked online, they charged my husband's credit card, then mine and refused to void one of the transactions. They do not take cash. The manager was awful and even threatened to call the police because I was not happy with the fact that he charged us twice....

Alexis park is well placed in close proximity to most nice sights or to take the bus to most destinations. Free parking and wifi is an extra plus. The landlord might seem a bit harsh in first acquaintance but he has the hart in right place and will help you out in big and small. The rooms are clean and...
