Reserved/paid for my room online. But when I arrived they told me they were out of rooms. Sent me in a 30-min taxi to stay at the SFO Airport instead. It took an additional hour before I got a room key as concierge was busy dealing w bed bugs complaints.

There was a opened syringe with drugs in it in the stairwell. Someone's car window was broken and someone approached me and asked if I knew where to get drugs. There was homeless people everywhere. This place is pet friendly but no where to take your dogs to potty. The front desk lady is really rude and when I called...

Shower was cold. Room wasn't the best and ours was probably the worst allocated room, possibly because we only booked on the day. You get what you pay for so don't expect anything at all....warm water included...and you won't be disappointed.

Decent place - they just need more parking available and not charge an arm and leg for it. Breakfast was nice and the facility was clean.

I can understand issuing parking tags for people staying at the hotel, but why are we charged to park our car? Shouldn't that be included in the cost of the room? Room is clean, and decor is up to date. For the little time we spent in it, the room was perfect.

Room pleasantly clean-tidy and well kept However surrounding areas are riddled with homeless and lots of noise from rooms above. With homeless beggers and drug abusers constantly walking into the hotel area, making you feel very unsafe! There is a shop located around 100 ft away but even this is a daunting walk in the evening. Main town san francisco lovely,...

I likedon't where the hotel was located, however it is in need of an update bad. Kind of dirty in the rooms, but I give that to the run down shape of the hotel. Also to charge a $100 for incidentals is a little high in my opinion. Maybe $25 would be appropriate, but $100 not so much. It's not...

Staying in SoMa

Neighbourhood Profile
SoMa
South of Market (SoMa), has an urban and sophisticated vibe, but you're more likely to find big nightclubs and lots of industrial loft residences than you are to find boutique shopping. Although it’s the epicenter for tech startups in the city, visitors will be able to do more than just business - museums, top quality restaurants, and the San Francisco Giants now call this neighbourhood home. Most of its freeway-sized streets may not capture the same character as other neighbourhoods in the city, but pockets of charm, like South Park, can still be found throughout its side streets.
