This is a decent hotel if a little odd, for a short break. Check in was easy and quick, got caught out by having to pay 150 dollars for breakages etc which actually goes out of your account and repaid 7-10 days later from check...More

Stayed at this hotel with my wife for a few days at the end of October. Its only advantage is great location in a safe area close to Marina and Fisherman's wharf. On the travel websites, this hotel is 3.5 Star rated, but I would...More

Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
