We stayed here for three nights, and this was a perfect place to end our trip in the US. The heated pool was a hit with the children, the room was spacious and clean, and the complementary breakfast buffet had everything we wanted.
Located within walking distance of all the major tourist spots, most notably, Fisherman's Wharf, I was very skeptical when I booked with hotel. Perhaps it was the room we had, which was small, but in a corner with a private deck, but this hotel was...More
My room just near to the swimming pool, and I love the pool because I can get a sun there. The hotel location is really close to the Bay Area, Pier 39 and Ghirardelli Chocolate. It just a few block from those place. The area...More
Spent 3 nights here last week. Accommodation was very basic. But clean. Location wWas very good for walk access to the piers. Fire alarm evacuation at 11pm. Whole hotel evacuation. Apparently there's a fault with the system. No apology. No regret. Disappointing way to treat...More
Good location. Close to fisherman's wharf, lombard street. Nice and clean surroundings. Quite a few convenience stores within walking distance. Bus stop is 1 min walk. Staff was very friendly. Room was basic but clean....does feel a little cramped when you have kids with you....More
Russian Hill has evolved into a chic residential neighborhood with outstanding views from every corner. Combined with several great cafes, restaurants, antique shops and boutiques, it’s easy to see why any visitor would gladly leave their heart in San Francisco. Cars line up day after day to drive down Lombard Street, the “crookedest” street in the world, and make the slow creep downhill past charming period
homes. Polk Street is the main drag in this neighborhood, where you will find trendy bars, cafes and shops populated with locals, but for one of the most charming rides in the city, grab a cable car heading up and down Hyde Street.

Thank you for your question! Yes, the pool is heated. We normally will turn off the heat during night time after the fitness center is closed for energy saving and turn back on the heat in the morning.
