This is our second stay at the Inn at the Presidio and we will definitely return. It's such a comfortable and relaxing place to stay. The staff is friendly and informative. The continental breakfast is convenient and delicious and parking is easy. It is quiet and a nice place to return to at the end of a day of sightseeing....

Sadly this property has deteriorated in the last few years. Site, windows that open to fresh air and nature are still wonderful, but attention to detail gone. Except breakfast--still pretty good with attentive staff.

The Presidio is an impressive place rich in history. I went there to participate in a program held at Baptiste Yoga San Francisco and it couldn't be more convenient. It was a 2 minute walk to get there. Breakfast was a simple affair (not a restaurant). Evening there was free wine and cheese but dinner is outside of the Presidio....

We felt as though we returned to another era and could feel the history around us. We parked and never used our car again since we could hike to venues, through woods, by the sea and to over-the-top restaurants. Simple, clean luxury with a military sheen.

Our stay at the Inn was amazing. Our room was so comfortable and spacious. We had everything we needed including lovely EO amenities, wine and cheese and Equator coffee. The inn is just steps from a wonderful restaurant.

What a wonderful place to stay. Excellent accommodations and staff. Drew was especially helpful with making our vacation plans complete and giving us choices for activities in the city we could not have found ourselves. We had many conversations with the Inn manager who was also very knowledgeable about the area restaurants. The room was excellent and the balcony provided...

Great location, beautiful, peaceful and quite. Wonderful, wonderful staff. Transportation was quick and easy. I wish we had more time to explore more of the paths and trails within the Presidio. Next time!

This was a delightful place to stay in San Francisco. Housed in a historic building, there are many nods to the background of the place and the Presidio itself but it never feels old or stale. Great interior design, very restoration hardware. One of the best wine and cheese happy hours I have ever experienced (and it lasted two hours!)...

I traved to SF to visit my daughter. Though she lives nearby, we both enjoyed relaxing at the Inn at the Presidio. I hope to come back again to hike the trails that are right outside the door. We loved the fire pit at night.

Gorgeous location. Superb, warm and friendly staff. The continental breakfast was delicious. The wine reception was a nice array of cheese, meat, bread, crackers and fruit. The Presidio grounds are beautiful with lots to explore. The free bus shuttles were a great help to encourage exploring. The inn was fairly quiet...a good time of year to enjoy this gem within...
