Extremely clean, minimalist style with crisp white details. Modern European style suite with large tub and separate shower. Overlooking downtown, at night beware there are a ton of homeless outside. The hotel inside from the lobby (with wishing pond) is clean, no vagrants inside, and quiet. Definitely try there restaurant, great sushi. Japanese managed with mostly Japanese staff, they are...

Staying here for work 2 nites while at conference. I had a large double queen room, immaculate and modern, comfy beds and pillows, temp was great. On street but quiet apart from an ambulance that passed and a few horns, very muted. Robes and slippers, soaking tub, nice bath supplies. Service is outstanding, real room service menu with 20 min...

We had a one night stay in a deluxe room. Came in to see Michael Feinstein at the club in the hotel. The lobby is open, lovely, simple ... very zen. The room was very nice, too. Two nitpicks: 1) the sheets on the bed are horrible. They were stiff and crackly; they felt like they had been starched; and...

Hi Rick L, Thanks for the great review! I hope you enjoyed the show, and I'm so glad you loved our new look! It is clear to me that the things that did not meet your expectations over your stay are items that also do not meet our internal standards! Hotel Nikko wants to ensure that each and every guest...

Just stayed here again after several years and a major recent remodel. The locale is perfect, staff was awesome and the room was beautifully designed and spacious. The rooftop pool is still so cool! They even had some yummy sangria drinks ready for us upon arrival, a nice surprise on a warm day. And it's dog friendly too :-)

He staff is courteous , friendly and helpful. The room was a nice size, the bed comfortable and best of all it was quiet. The location is perfect for us , my husband has difficulty walking so we were close to many different eating places of taste and price. It's centrally located to SMOFA the Asia museum and the opera.

Stayed for several nights. Truly disappointed. Zero service. High price. I'll list a few of the low points to consider when you look at this hotel in comparison to others. This is my first negative review. There was a complete lack of oversight of the staff. No concierge on duty for the entire stay (both weekday and weekend), why bother...

Hi Jen S, Thank you for your detailed review. I am sorry that your stay did not meet your expectations. My trip to San Francisco was a bit last minute, but I was so excited to be staying at Hotel Nikko when I saw how beautiful the hotel looked online. What I had understood from the website was that it was an Asian modern fusion hotel, with great views of the city and beautiful rooms, all of which was true!...
