I recently held an event at Hotel Nikko and was very happy with the execution of it by staff and received such wonderful feedback from attendees on the property. Nice location, very comfortable rooms, drinks and food were very tasty. There is a pub bar directly across the street that is very good for a watering hole and gathering spot....

I have been going to the Nikko in San Francisco for almost l0 years, and the experience has never been less than excellent. To begin, the rooms at this hotel are lovely, comfortable, clean, and always updated. New tv's, new lamps, new radio, new decor. It is always a novel experience. Next, the staff is perfect, from those who register...

The Hotel is not too far from the BART, which makes it convenient to transfer to SFO and downtown. It is a short walk to Moscone. Close to Union Square and a 20 minute walk to Chinatown. The Nikko is conveniently located in San Francisco. The staff allowed me to check-in early, which is nice to dump my bags and...

Dear betamax12345, I’m glad you enjoyed the close proximity to the BART. Also, because we are located in the heart of Union Square, you can easily access shops, cable cars, as well as other famous attractions of the city. We have several different room types from which to choose. May I suggest a deluxe King room for your next visit?...

I've stayed here before and looked forward to going back. Rooms are large, if a bit plain. Location is great. On my final night the hot water failed making for a bracing early morning shower. The front desk and manager were completely indifferent offering only a terse "sorry it will be back in an hour or so" and nothing else....

Staying here is a lot like staying in an upscale hotel in Japan. Lots of greys, whites and blacks in the decor with a rather grand all-marble ground and first floor (although that does give it a bit of an air of a mausoleum). The staff are very friendly and helpful. The room was a decent size, very comfortable and...

First time staying with Nikko, and had a positive experience. Reserved the place through a well known online service that starts with O. Our reservation was misplaced, but later found. Either that, or my smiling got us upgraded to a larger room, which was still on the small size, by Westin standards. We really didn't care, as we spent little...

I stayed at another hotel a couple months ago in Union Square (Parc 55) and was somewhat disappointed. So I set out to find another that suited my needs. I was pleasantly surprised to find the Nikko. The staff was incredibly friendly, and the banquet/event staff was fantastic. Always able and willing to help out with our event. Very clean rooms, clean hotel, great location. Room service food better than most. Internet and gym usage is not included with most rates at the hotel, be prepared to pay extra to use these services.
