My first impression was only so so finding the reception staff member less than friendly or welcoming. Room very small but reasonably clean. Price includes a continental breakfast which was good and the location is ideal, close to the main shopping centres. Service staff very friendly. Certainly worth a booking.

You pay for a room but they charge $35 extra a night for a parking spot. Which is fine but takes AT LEAST AN HOUR to get your car after calling in advance. Valet service here is TERRIBLE AND LAZY. Front desk is RUDE and UNHELPFUL. We asked for a room with a bathtub. They told us they didn't have...

We arrived around midnight and the desk clerk was very nice and effecient. The beds were comfortable and it was a very quiet and quaint place. The continental breakfast was included in our price so we took full advantage of it. The location is perfect..about two blocks from the trolley lift or a 20-30 minute walk to the piers....The Beresford...

This hotel is a no frills good value for money for visitors on a short break to San Francisco , it's a very dated & tired looking hotel , but it is in a great location walking distance to union square . Breakfast included in the price is s bonus .

This hotel is a real value near Union Square. Not fancy but entirely adequate. Funky restaurant attached. I enjoyed the pub grub and shuffleboard. Older hotel with no air conditioning in our room. Staff pleasant and helpful.

Not the worst place i have stayed in by a long way, cheap and handy for union square. Rooms are clean and shower in our my room was like a jet wash. Ask for a room away from the elevator as it is a old one and dose make a bit of a din when it is in use.

Fantastic location near Union Square although it is in a quiet street which is good to get away from the buzz of the city. The staff are extremely helpful they can book the tour bus and other trips and order taxis. A valet service is provided. Our twin room was small but comfortable and spotless. Perfect for our 4 day...

Outstanding location at the heart of the city...everything is close by and walking distance. Hotel is very interesting and we have a nice time. Breakfast was simple but quick and easy. Enough parking around the hotel so you can skip the valet, which is crazy expensive. Overall very satisfied.

This hotel needs a little TLC and a refurb in the not too distant future. There were some helpful staff in the morning but the checkin undertaken by the evening staff member left a lot to be desired and bordered on being rude after a LONG fight. The twin room was tiny and the sliding door into the bathroom/restroom was...
